The resolution would impose a no-fly zone over Libya – but a no-fly zone was no longer enough, the source said. “The resolution authorizes air strikes against tank columns advancing on Benghazi or engaging naval ships bombarding Benghazi,” he said.

The U.S. and its allies are embarking on another regime change operation. Before they started their attacks on the Libyans, they admitted that there would be civilians causalities in an act of irony. They claim to be acting to save civilians, but they will be killing them.
"Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the action amounts to an 'act of war' that is critical to remove Moammar Gadhafi from power before he massacres any more of his own people," according to the Edmonton Journal. 1 It also added: "The prime minister acknowledged that the military operation will be complex and could lead to casualties among the very civilians that nations are trying to protect, and perhaps among the military personnel being sent to Libya." 2
The war criminals are back at it again. Hours after the attacks, sources in Libya have reported that three medical facilities were bombarded. 3 Two were hospitals and one a medical clinic.4 These were civilian facilities. Al-Tajura Hospital was hit as was Saladin Hospital in Ain Zara. The clinic that was bombed was also located in the vicinity of Tripoli, the Libyan capital. 5 Not only where these civilian structures, but they were also all far away from the combat zone.
Civilian air facilities throughout Libya have been attacked. 6 Libyan sources have also said that all the Libyan military academies have also been destroyed. 7 This is a means to prevent Libya from training officers to defend itself.
The same sources have also said that all Libyan military bases were attacked, even ones that have no connection with imposing a no-fly zone. Libyan air bases, naval bases, and ground bases were attacked by the new Iraq-style "coalition of the willing." Moreover, a vast naval blockade around Libya has now been imposed by the U.S. and its allies.
According to internal Libyan sources, two French jets were also shot down by the Libyan military near Janzour (Janzur/Zanzur). 7 Another French military jet was shot down by the Libyans near Anjile. 8 People in Benghazi are also fleeing the Libyan city, because of the war. 9 Surt (Sidra) and Misratah have also been attacked by the French, the U.S., the British and their coalition allies.10
The U.S. and its allies are now the ones that are creating a real humanitarian disaster. They talk about peace while they arm the Benghazi-based opposition rebels via the Egyptian military junta, which is as much a military client as its so-called civilian predecessor. 11 This is also a violation of the United Nations Security Council resolution that the U.S. and its allies passed, which states that no weapons are to be sent to Libya.
Hillary Clinton was in both Tunisia and Egypt in context of the operations against Libya. Both the regime in Tunis and the military junta in Cairo are overtly and covertly supporting the war against Libya. The autocrats of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have also indictated that they will send military forces to attack Libya.

BREAKING NEWS: Libyan Sources Report Italian POWs Captured. Additional Coalition Jets Downed
Since the start of the civil war in Libya, the mainstream media has provided a biased and distorted picture of what is happening on the ground in Libya. In this regard, the mainstream media, rather than informing public opinion, is serving the war agenda.
The French government has denied that any of its military jets have been downed during their attacks. Paris is withholding this news to prevent a surge in public demands that France withdraw from the war on Libya.
Internal Libyan sources reported (unconfirmed) at 15:40 EST the capture of an Italian vessel and military personnel, who were detained. The Libyan government has also started supplying the Libyan population with food rations, medicine, and weapons to defend themselves.
At about 18:20 EST, Libyan sources reported (unconfirmed) that additional coalition jets were downed. Two of these military jets have been identified as Qatari military planes.
In a clear case of international double-standards, Qatar and the Gulf Cooperation Council, which are involved in supressing democracy, are now partners in the war against Libya.
According to Libyan sources (unconfirmed), a total of five French jets have been shot down. Three of these attacking French jets were, according to the reports, shot down in Tripoli. The other two French military jets were shot down while attacking Sirt (Surt/Sirte).
According to Libyan sources, the Libyan people are ready for a protracted war to defend their country against coalition attacks.

Israel has also been threatening to launch another war on Gaza they need to create a case, a valid pretext for the invasion.

When millions of Palestinians begin to march, braving the Israeli bullets, it will decidedly turn the tide of public opinion in favour of Palestinian independence. This is a nightmare scenario that the Israelis do not have an answer to.
The Fatah – Hamas detente is a result of the larger winds of democratic change that are blowing across the region. President Mahmud Abbas has clearly stated that he will soon visit Gaza; that elections cannot be held till Gaza; the West Bank are united again. This is a far cry from the time when the Palestine Authority was complicit in the political marginalization; isolation of Hamas, as that was the core Israeli condition for the so-called “peace process”.
Also, the new dispensation in Egypt has invited the Hamas leadership for a dialogue, which itself is unprecedented; now Hamas is set to be integrated into the larger Arab fold.
The 7 million Palestinian Refugees are also all set to march back to their homeland on the 15th of May this year. They are demanding that UN Resolution be implemented; that they be leggaly allowed to return back to their homes; lands from which they were ethnically cleansed in 1948. Imagine the sight when millions of Refugees are peacefully marching back to reclaim their rightful posessions; the impact that would have on global public opinion. The Israeli’s will do all that is within their power resort to dubious means to sabotage this mass uprising.
Also the Siege of Gaza, so cruelly imposed by the Nazi Israeli junta is unsustainable, as now Cairo will allow the flow of humanitarian aid, including construction materials into Gaza. This is a total reversal of the policies of the collaborator Mubarak regime.
Soon again in May, the Second Flotilla is all set to reach the shores of Gaza; break the Israeli Siege. More than 20 ships will set sail from various European ports; after the debacle of the Mavi Marmara masscare wherein Israeli soldiers murdered 10 peace activists, it will be interesting to observe the Israeli response to the coming peace armada.
Thus as we can infer, the Israelis have a series of political challenges; a major crisis looms on the horizon. The Israelis were truly sad to see the end of the Mubarak regime the refrain was that democracy is not applicable to the Arab Muslim world.
This infact is the only card left that the Israelis have, to break their increasing isolation across the world. Today the Israeli leadership stands exposed for the failure of the peace process, the continued building of the Settlement blocks, destruction of Palestinian homes in the West bank; Jerusalem; the inhuman Siege of Gaza.
Just a few days ago on BBC, Netanyahu continued to insist that Jerusalem will remain the unified capital of Israel, the Settlements will carry on unabted that Israel will maintain control of the Jordan Valley, even though some sort of a Palestinian entity or rather a Bantustan is created. Expectedly on the Refugee issue he refused to compromise. He insisted that Hamas will never be accomodated in any process, despite the fact that Hamas is the democratically elected government. Thus there is not much there to discuss, as there seems no hope at all on the core issues.
Israel also desperately needs to counter the growing momentum & recognition for a Palestinian state by the International community. Today more than 170 nations have recognised a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, as per UN Resolutions International Law this has too set a sense of panic amongst Israel.
The increasing; total isolation was also evident when the US wielded its veto to shamefully bail out Israel on the resolution moved by the Palestinian Authority on the Settlements. It was the US; Israel against the rest of the world.
As the democratic revolutions rage on across the region, Zionist Israel as an Apartheid state, that Occupies the Palestinian nation, supported by the US; other Western powers is now unsustainable & an anathema to global public opinion. Thus israel is increasingly seen in extremely terms across the world, this is despite the fact that they monopolise control the flow of news; information through their myriad media networks, but to no avail.

La France préparait depuis novembre le renversement de Kadhafi
Selon le journaliste de la droite libérale italienne Franco Bechis, la révolte de Benghazi aurait été préparée depuis novembre 2010 par les services secrets français. Comme le remarque Miguel Martinez du site internet progressiste ComeDonChisciotte, ces révélations, encouragées par les services secrets italiens, doivent se comprendre comme une rivalité au sein du capitalisme européen.
Le Réseau Voltaire précise que Paris a rapidement associé Londres à son projet de renversement du colonel Kadhafi (force expéditionnaire franco-britannique). Ce plan a été modifié dans le contexte des révolutions arabes et pris en main par Washington qui a imposé ses propres objectifs (contre-révolution dans le monde arabe et débarquement de l’Africom sur le continent noir). La coalition actuelle est donc la résultante de ces ambitions distinctes, ce qui explique ses contradictions internes.
Première étape du voyage, 20 octobre 2010, Tunis. C’est là qu’est descendu avec toute sa famille d’un avion de Libyan Airlines, Nouri Mesmari, chef du protocole de la cour du colonel Muhamar Kadhafi. C’est un des grands perroquets du régime libyen, depuis toujours aux côtés du colonel.
Le seul -comprenons-nous- qui avec le minsitre des Affaires étrangères Moussa Koussa avait un accès direct à la résidence du raïs sans avoir à frapper (avant d’entrer, NdT).
Le seul à pouvoir franchir le seuil de la suite 204 du vieux cercle officiel de Benghazi où le colonel libyen a accueilli avec tous les honneurs le Premier ministre italien Silvio Berlusconi pendant la visite officielle en Libye. Cette visite de Mesmari à Tunis ne dure que quelques heures. On ne sait pas qui il rencontre dans la capitale où la révolte contre Ben Ali couve sous la cendre. Mais il est désormais certain que dans ces heures-là et dans celles qui ont immédiatement suivi, Mesmari jette les ponts de ce qui, à la mi-février, allait devenir la rébellion de la Cyrénaïque. Et prépare l’estocade contre Kadhafi en cherchant et obtenant l’alliance sur deux fronts : le premier est celui de la dissidence tunisienne. Le second est celui de la France de Nicolas Sarkozy. Et les deux alliances lui réussissent.
C’est ce dont témoignent des documents de la DGSE, le service secret français, et une série de nouvelles fracassantes qui ont circulé dans les milieux diplomatiques français à partir de la lettre confidentielle, Maghreb Confidential (dont il existe une version synthétique et accessible payante).
Mesmari arrive à Paris le lendemain, 21 octobre. Et il n’en bougera plus. En Libye il n’a pas caché son voyage en France, puisqu’il a emmené avec lui toute sa famille. La version est qu’à Paris il doit subir un traitement médical et probablement une opération. Mais il ne verra pas l’ombre d’un médecin. Ceux qu’il verra seront par contre, tous les jours, des fonctionnaires des services secrets français.

La réunion. On a vu de façon certaine au début du mois de novembre, entrer à l’Hôtel Concorde Lafayette de Paris, où Mesmari réside, d’étroits collaborateurs du président français. Le 16 novembre, une file de voitures bleues est devant l’hôtel. Dense et longue réunion dans la suite de Mesmari. Deux jours plus tard une dense et étrange délégation française part pour Benghazi. Avec des fonctionnaires du ministère de l’Agriculture, des dirigeants de France Export Céréales et de France Agrimer, des managers de Soufflet, de Louis Dreyfus, de Glencore, de Cani Céréales, Cargill et Conagra.Expédition commerciale, sur le papier, pour essayer d’obtenir à Benghazi justement de riches commandes libyennes. Mais se trouvent aussi dans le groupe des militaires français, déguisés en hommes d’affaire.
À Bengazi ils vont rencontrer un colonel de l’aéronautique libyenne indiqué par Mesmari : Abdallah Gehani. Il est au-dessus de tout soupçon, mais l’ex-chef du protocole de Kadhafi a révélé qu’il était prêt à déserter et qu’il a aussi de bons contacts avec la dissidence tunisienne.
L’opération est menée en grand secret, mais quelque chose filtre jusqu’aux hommes les plus proches de Kadhafi Le colonel se doute de quelque chose. Le 28 novembre il signe un mandat d’arrêt international à l’égard de Mesmari. L’ordre arrive aussi en France à travers les canaux protocolaires. Les Français s’alarment et décident de suivre de façon formelle l’arrêt
Quatre jours plus tard, le 2 décembre, la nouvelle filtre justement depuis Paris. On ne donne pas de nom mais on révèle que la police française a arrêté un des principaux collaborateurs de Kadhafi. La Libye, au premier abord, retrouve son calme. Puis apprend que Mesmari est en réalité aux arrêts domiciliaires dans la suite du Concorde Lafayette. Et le raïs commence à s’agiter.
La colère du raïs. Quand arrive la nouvelle que Mesmari a demandé officiellement l’asile politique à la France, la colère de Kadhafi éclate, il fait retirer son passeport même au ministre des Affaires étrangères, Moussa Koussa, accusé de responsabilité dans la défection de Mesmari. Il essaie ensuite d’envoyer ses hommes à Paris avec des messages pour le traître : « Reviens, tu seras pardonné ». Le 16 décembre, c’est Abdallah Mansour, chef de la télévision libyenne, qui essaie. Les Français l’arrêtent à l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le 23 décembre d’autres Libyens arrivent à Paris. Ce sont Farj Charrant, Fathi Boukhris et All Ounes Mansouri.
Nous les connaîtrons d’avantage après le 17 février : parce que ce sont justement eux, avec Al Hadji, qui vont mener la révolte de Benghazi contre les miliciens du colonel.
Les trois sont autorisés par les Français à sortir dîner avec Mesmari dans un élégant restaurant des Champs-Élysée. Il y a aussi là des fonctionnaires de l’Élysée et quelques dirigeants des services secrets français. Entre Noël et le Jour de l’an sort dans Maghreb Confidential la nouvelle que Benghazi est en ébullition (à ce moment-là personne ne le sait encore), et aussi quelques indiscrétions sur certaines aides logistiques et militaires qui seraient arrivées dans la seconde ville libyenne, en provenance justement de la France. Il est désormais clair que Mesmari est devenu un levier aux mains de Sarkozy pour faire sauter Kadhafi en Libye. La lettre confidentielle sur le Maghreb commence à faire filtrer les contenus de cette collaboration.
Mesmari est nommé « Libyan Wikileak », parce qu’il révèle un après l’autre les secrets de la défense militaire du colonel et raconte tous les détails des alliances diplomatiques et financières du régime, en décrivant même la carte du désaccord et les forces qui sont sur le terrain. À la mi-janvier la France a dans les mains toutes les clés pour tenter de renverser le colonel. Mais il y a une fuite. Le 22 janvier le chef des services secrets de Cyrénaïque, un fidèle du colonel, le général Aoudh Saaiti, arrête le colonel d’aviation Gehani, référant secret des Français depuis le 18 novembre.
Le 24 janvier il est transféré dans une prison de Tripoli, avec l’accusation d’avoir créé un réseau social en Cyrénaïque, qui faisait les louanges de la contestation tunisienne contre Ben Ali. Mais c’est trop tard : Gehani a déjà préparé la révolte de Benghazi, avec les Français.

It has now been revealed that Muammar Gaddafi of Libya has at least 1 billion Euros invested in Sweden, some of it in a Russian-owned aluminum company named Kubal, which is owned by Oleg Deripaska, one of Russia's wealthiest oligarchs. Swedish public radio (SR) reported on March 22 that Kubal of Sundsvall is one of the Swedish companies that Gaddafi's Libyan Investment Authority is invested in.
Svenska Dagbladet reported on March 21 that Gaddafi owns 1.5 percent of Kubal, which is actually called Kubikenborg Aluminium. Kubal is Sweden's only aluminum smelter and is owned by the Russian steel company Rusal. Gadaffi has about 1.5 percent ownership stake in Rusal, which is controlled by the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.
Dejan Lucic of the former Yugoslavia has posted an article entitled "The Rothschild Octopus" by Vlada Sindjelic that explains how the Rothschild family and Oleg Deripaska have colonized Montenegro and acquired its most valuable mineral assets. Why were Western democracies selling weapons to the dictator who, they all agreed, had bombed PanAm 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland in December 1988? Why were they supporting a terrorist? How much sense does it make for Western democracies to arm a tyrant who has bombed their planes and civilians? What was Gaddafi doing for them to earn such treatment?
President Nicolas Sarkozy was on very friendly terms with Muammar Gaddafi until the Libyan dictator began his violent attacks on pro-democracy rebels. Sarkozy then began to support the Libyan revolutionaries and led the call for military intervention. Mossad's Rita Katz runs SITE Intelligence Group, an Israeli Mossad disinformation source that lets one "Monitor Jihadist Threats & Trends", for only $29.99 per month. I discovered that several entries in the U.S. Public Records Index for the Israeli agents Rita and Ari M. Katz had been pulled from the index, which is extremely unusual. Anders Fogh Rasmussen, secretary general of NATO, said the organisation has agreed to do nothing to support the rebels in Libya. NATO's position is reported to be a victory for the U.S. and Germany, which are opposed to any military intervention. The European Union's foreign policy chief Baroness Ashton of Britain warned EU leaders against backing a no-fly zone over Libya.

The older of the two interviewees, Guita Brown, claimed that she is Gaddafi’s second cousin: her grandmother was the sister of Gaddafi’s grandmother. The younger of the two women, Rachel Saada, Brown's granddaughter , explained in more detail: “The story goes that Gaddafi’s grandmother, a Jewess, was married to a Jewish man at first. But he treated her badly, so she ran away and married a Muslim sheikh. Their child was the mother of Gaddafi.” While Gaddafi’s grandmother converted to Islam when she married the sheikh, according to Jewish religious law (and common sense), she was ethnically still Jewish. And that makes Gaddafi's mother a Jewess. And if Gaddafi's mother is a Jewess, what does that make Gaddafi?
At that point in the news report, the anchor exclaimed, “So, the point is that Gaddafi doesn’t just have Jewish relatives, he is Jewish!”
That may come in handy. According to Israel's Law of Return, anyone with a Jewish grandparent is entitled to become a citizen, no questions asked.

The revolt and bloodshed in Libya will certainly lead to the end of the 42-year-old regime of Col. Muammar al-Gaddafi and his thugs. There is very little television footage coming from Libya, but the BBC Newhour program (of February 20) had an excellent telephone interview with a young Libyan woman named Sarah, in Tripoli. This is a very powerful and moving interview that helps one understand what is really happening in Libya. It’s happening all over again. Do you hear them? You must be able to. The deaf, those incapable of hearing the sounds of serenity and calamity since birth, could hear them due to their almost wretched loudness. What? What you ask? The drums of war of course. And the drummers are composing their iniquitous cacophony from the same locations that they always do. Tel Aviv. Washington D.C. London, the City of London to be most precise. The audience for their bloodthirsty melody this time around? Libya. Their previous audiences included the ravaged nation of Afghanistan and the devastated nation of Iraq.
War, classically defined, is a state of armed, hostile conflict between nations. But the war of the drummers is different. Their war, in their minds, is waged on children of a lesser God. Women of a lesser state of being. Men of a lesser right. Their war is mass murder of unarmed innocents, occupation, theft of land and resources, desecration and dehumanization. Their war is genocide. These drummers sometimes appear to be of an otherworldly nature; vampires from movies produced in the dregs of the morally destructive institution known as Hollywood. Their aim is to remain. Incumbent Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi overthrew King Idris, a monarchical stooge for the Zionist-occupied US war machine and Italy, seeker of re-colonization of Libya in one form or another, in 1969. It was Qaddafi who removed the American military bases from Libya and it was Qaddafi who consistently supported the struggle to reclaim occupied Palestine from the Zionist entity and its ruthless operators (1). During the beginnings of the presidency of war criminal Ronald Regan, the Zionist media vociferously promoted what would become a long-running propaganda piece about a Libyan hit squad operating in the United States. This hit squad’s mission was to assassinate Ronald Regan. The source of the story was Manucher Ghorbanifar, a former agent of the overthrown Shah of Iran’s secret police, SAVAK. SAVAK, the notorious apparatus known for its brutal torture techniques, learned everything from Mossad and Ghorbanifar himself had deep-rooted personal ties to the Mossad, the world’s leader in false flag terrorism. The purpose of this hit squad story was to drum up support from the American populace for a strike on Libya (2).
This particular false flag vis-a-vis Ghorbanifar didn’t accomplish the mission to the degree that the Zionist entity designed it to. The illegitimate Israeli state subsequently turned up the heat and put Operation Trojan into motion. The Trojan is an Israeli communications device used by Mossad’s psychological warfare squad, LAP (LohAma Psicologit), as a relay station for misleading intelligence reports emanating from Israeli navy ships in the region. The Trojan is to be planted in nations resisting the Zionist Power Configuration, or in Israeli intel terminology, “hostile environments,” at targets where official state business is conducted, like an embassy. These false reports were to be picked up by states allied with Israel on separate frequencies, wherein the information would be confirmed by Mossad. Little do the ally states know, the reports themselves are being created by Israel.
Operation Trojan was a success as the device was planted in the heart of Libya’s capital, Tripoli, and the American government began retrieving numerous messages from the Trojan and processing intelligence proofs that Libya was closely linked with the planning and execution of terrorism. The chiefs of Mossad were exceedingly pleased (3). On April 5th, 1986, the final stages of Operation Trojan came to fruition when a disco club in Berlin was bombed, leaving two American soldiers and a Turkish woman dead, in addition to the severe wounding of 229 others (4). A heinous false flag blamed on Libya, the 1986 bombing of the La Belle disco was an extensive Mossad operation which was carried out with assistance from its allies in the CIA (5). This event led to the US military’s Operation El Dorado Canyon on April 15, 1986. This murderous violation of Libya’s sovereignty left dozens of Libyan civilians dead, including Muammar Qaddafi’s 15-month old adopted daughter (6).
The murder of Qaddafi’s daughter and so many other innocent Libyans was designed to boost Mossad’s image in the international intelligence community and display to the Arab/Islamic world that the United States stood with the Zionist entity (7), or more accurately, that the USA stood wherever the Zionist entity told it to stand. Colonel Qaddafi was acutely aware of the deception that led to the murder of his child and the arrogance of the powers attempting to break him and the Libyan nation. Qaddafi didn’t budge and his Resistance didn’t end. The illegitimate Israeli state then kicked its next plot into high gear: the destruction of Pan Am Flight 103 on December 21, 1988, better known as the Lockerbie bombing. 270 people died in the attack (8).

The Lockerbie bombing was carried out with a suitcase bomb, a known signature of Mossad, which has used this explosive weapon in its false flag operations in Kenya, numerous villages and cities in occupied Palestine, Beirut, Dubai, London, Houston and India (11). The Lockerbie bombing was yet another Israeli ‘dirty trick’ used against Zionism’s eternal Arab/Muslim enemy for furtherance of the anti-Islam agenda gripping the world on a daily basis via mass media institutions owned by Zionist extremists.
It has been linked to Abu Nidal, the infamous “Palestinian terrorist” who has been outed as a Mossad agent. Mere hours after the crash, Mossad’s LAP unit unleashed psychological warfare on all international media hotlines, conveying to Israel’s stooges that Libya was behind the bombing, telling them that there wasn’t even the faintest doubt about it. Mossad agents were in Lockerbie, Scotland the day after the atrocity to remove evidence from the scene. The piece of evidence? A suitcase of course. The head of Pan Am’s security at the time of the bombing was Isaac Yeffet, former chief of security at the illegitimate Zionist entity’s airline El Al (12). El Al is known for being a front for Mossad’s most intricate sabotage operations (13).
Not only did the Zionist media’s version of the events behind the Lockerbie bombing bury Mossad’s involvement beneath a mountain of lies, it also buried the CIA’s. Lockerbie was a major LAP psychological warfare operation, embedding the idea of “Arabs hijacking planes and blowing them up out of hatred for the West” into the minds of millions of Westerners, Americans specifically. As soon as the sanctions against Qaddafi were lifted by all Western powers in 2003-2004, “pro-democracy” groups were established inside Libya by various programs within the US State Department as a means to keep an eye on its newest ally. These groups were to be activated for the purpose of regime change if Qaddafi ever stepped out of line, under the guise of an uprising or a people’s revolution.
Qaddafi’s first mistake in the eyes of the Zionist dragon came in September 2009 when he delivered a speech to the United Nations and struck a nerve that few have struck, “The whole world should know that Kennedy wanted to investigate the nuclear reactor of the Israeli demon (25).” The Zionist entity’s Kidon hit squad, an elite unit of Mossad, in collusion with the CIA and elements of the Meyer Lansky crime organization, assassinated John F. Qaddafi’s second slip-up was the Libyan humanitarian aid convoy headed by one of his sons that cracked the illegal, internationally condemned siege against the Palestinian people of Gaza in July 2010. The aid ship, “al-Amal,” was loaded with 2,000 tons of food, cooking oil, medicines and pre-fabricated houses. The Israeli navy harassed the ship and threatened the passengers on board with a forceful takeover (27). The foundation of NED was built between 1982-1984 at the behest of a research study headed by staunch Zionist Allen Weinstein, who has headed a plethora of globalist projects masked by the pursuit of democracy. Weinstein has authored numerous books in defense of the Zionist entity’s genocidal operations throughout the Middle East, including one in particular that stressed the necessity of America’s commitment to the illegitimate Israeli state (33). Allen Weinstein publicly admitted in 1991, that the NED’s activities are modeled after the CIA’s operations, “A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA.” CIA monies are laundered through the NED (34), which serves as a perfect cover due to its perceived nature as a organization championing the cause of democracy.
The current head of NED is Carl Gershman, a ubiquitous globalist figure and zealous Zionist who has received awards for furthering the CIA’s agenda in Tibet and who has composed a study entitled “Israel, the Arabs and the Middle East” defending al-Nakba and all of Israel’s colonial endeavors (35). Gershman also worked for the most venomous of all Zionist Lobby organizations, the Israeli intelligence wing known as the ADL. Gershman is rabidly anti-Muslim and anti-Christian; he has stated that the Qur’an “vilifies Jews” and that the Christian World spread the “blood libel.” Additionally, he believes that Arabs and Arab culture suffer from a “moral sickness” and has gone on record to chastise any and all people who have associated Mossad with the 9/11 terror attacks as “anti-Semites (36).”

The organizing of the “Feb17 Revolution” in Libya was led by a group known as the National Conference for the Libyan Opposition (NCLO). The NCLO called for mass protests against the Qaddafi regime in a multi-level manner, inside Libya and abroad, all for the goal of bringing down the 42-year reign of the Libyan Colonel (41). The NCLO was formed on June 25, 2005 in London. The main goal of this organization was to foment the end of Colonel Qaddafi’s revolutionary, political, military and security powers and to trigger the formation of a transitional government run by “trustworthy” individuals (42). The NCLO is comprised of six umbrella groups, with the National Front Of The Salvation of Libya (NFSL) sitting at the head. A Libyan exile who resides in London named Ibrahim Sahad is NFSL’s leader (43).
At the onset of the Feb17 Revolution, Sahad and other NFSL and NCLO members began providing the Zionist media with “first-hand” information of massacres, human rights abuses, death tolls and other outlandish accusations that were never independently verified. Ominously, Sahad made it clear to state in an interview that “Qaddafi will not survive the protests (44).” The Zionist media has never given an audience to dissidents from occupied Palestine, occupied Iraq, occupied Kashmir, occupied Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan or the Resistance in Lebanon. So why Libyan dissidents? Simple. Because these particular Libyan dissidents belong to the NFSL, an organization funded for decades by the CIA and closet-Zionist regime of Saudi Arabia (45). From the onset of the Feb17 Revolution, stories from all ends of the media spectrum were surfacing about massacres of “unarmed” protesters at the hands of African mercenaries hired by Qaddafi and his regime (61). Just as quickly as the stories surfaced, Qaddafi immediately issued an emphatic denial of his regime hiring anything of the sort, as did regime officials (62). Oddly enough, the US government, which had been hawkish towards Libya from the moment the uprising began, inserted a clause in a February 27th UN Resolution that would shield these African mercenaries from being prosecuted for their crimes (63). Many commentators speculated that this was done to prevent the US itself, notorious for using hunter-killer corporations like Dyncorp and Xe to carry out mass killings in occupied Iraq and Afghanistan, from being subsequently prosecuted for the same crimes.
While this speculative theory was certainly plausible and even logical, it wasn’t congruent with the greater plot at hand. Mercenaries, Xe (Blackwater) specifically, had been escaping international prosecution for a literal decade. Why start now? Especially when the world’s hegemonic powers had a “genocide” stop.

The mercenaries were in place and massacres of protesters were occurring, so the Zionist media took the opportunity presented by the troubled atmosphere to bolster its usual yellow journalism, stating that Qaddafi was now bombing civilians in Benghazi on February 22. As one would expect however, this story was farcical. The story was first exposed as sheer falsehood by the Russian military (65), and then astonishingly confirmed by war criminals Admiral Mike Mullen and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates (66). Despite two of the most powerful militaries in the world confirming that there were no airstrikes against civilians, the Zionist media continued to report them as fact.

Obama followed suit, obeying the commands of his Zionist masters. On February 28th, the United States passed its largest set of sanctions ever, freezing $30 billion in Libyan assets and subsequently positioned its warships right off of the Libyan coast (69). The very next day, Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon called for a no-fly zone over Libya to, no, this is not an attempt at comedy, “stop the genocide (70).” Ayalon of course, did not call for a no-fly zone when the Zionist entity committed genocide from above in Lebanon in 2006 or in illegally besieged Gaza in 2008-2009.
A curious event took place on March 6th, as SAS forces led by an MI6 (Mossad’s Dragon Policy partner) officer dropped into Libya armed with guns, ammunition, explosives and false passports, all to be delivered to Libyan “rebels.” The Libyans were infuriated by such a bold move (71). That though, isn’t what invokes the accusation of curiousness. The Libyan people proposed the idea, that these British forces were actually Israelis using false British passports, as they did with Mossad’s assassination of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in January 2010 (72). Two scenarios should be noted. Scenario One: this British convoy really was just simply delivering weapons to the CIA-backed rebels, as per the West’s policy of backing the anti-Qaddafi opposition from day one. Scenario Two: this British convoy was a false flag terrorism unit on a mission to carry out a massive attack on Libyan civilians to hasten a military intervention. Since they were detained and kicked out, the mission failed. Due to the gap between Obama’s positioning of warships coupled with the round of sanctions and the actual invasion, the latter scenario seems to be the correct one.

Zionist war criminal Ehud Barak praised the UN for its decision the following day, going on the record that Qaddafi would be gone within weeks and also mentioning that the Arab League (of thugs, dictators, oil barons and kleptocrats) giving its support was key to invading Libya (75). Barak’s nauseating diatribes brought back the memory of 9/11. Just moments after the Towers were struck, Barak was live on the air to blame Osama Bin Laden and call for an invasion of Afghanistan (76). Barak played a key role in Mossad’s false flag attack on 9/11, overseeing the operation as a special advisor for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), a Mossad haven partnered with another Mossad-run firm, SCP Partners. EDS and SCP secured the thermite explosives used to bring down the Twin Towers from several explosives-expert firms in their business portfolio (77).

Referring back to the malevolent statement of Vladimir Lenin regarding the creation of opposition to locate and destroy real opposition, the Egyptian Revolution makes its return to the forefront in the discussion of the Zionist dragon’s impending conquest in Libya. The Egyptian Revolution is not an absolute truth, nor is an absolute fiction. It is a combination of reality and fantasy; the Zionist entity’s way of quelling what was coming, what was bound to burst and isolating the catalytic threats to Israeli hegemony. The atmosphere leading to the “Jan25 Revolution” was a tense one. Several protests had already been held due to the Mubarak regime stealing the recent parliamentary elections and Muslim-Christian unity rallies were getting larger in the wake of the Mossad bombing of al-Qiddissin Church in Alexandria (78).
A revolution was already a decade in the making. Egyptians began hitting the streets in protest of Mubarak and his cronies in 2000, during occupied Palestine’s 2nd Intifada. In December 2006, poverty-stricken workers formed unions and partook in massive strikes. As a result of the growing revolutionary fire from these strikes, there were two huge uprisings in 2008, one in Mahalla, and another in Borollos. Both were crushed by the regime. These anti-Zionist workers and revolutionaries were aware of the Westernized “reform-seekers” in their mix. The real protesters? They wanted Mubarak gone. His regime gone. Ties with the Zionist entity severed and the siege of Gaza lifted. The elite dismantled and the wealth returned to the people. The reform seekers wanted to maintain the status quo with little change; only the illusion of it (79).

The April 6 Youth Movement also received full backing from the US Statement department, with helping hands extended by Undersecretary For Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs James K. Glassman and Jared Cohen of Hillary Clinton’s Policy Planning Staff. Glassman is a rabid Zionist who was once a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a pro-Israel think tank known for providing talking points to the US government. The April 6 Youth Movement reveled in these endorsements (81). Once Mubarak transferred power to a military junta fully backed by Zionism, it is these puppet activists, these whitewashed and westernized House Arabs, that told Egyptians to go home and “work harder than ever before to build a new Egypt” while real activists remained in Tahrir Square, demanding the collapse of the regime, planning more strikes in Egypt’s various business sectors and calling for the end of normalization with Israel (82).
The most important of all of these strikes, is that of the Egyptian oil workers, who are sick of corruption, slave wages, no unions and most of all, gas being pumped to to the Zionist entity, which they refuse to ever do again (83). Israel had raked Egypt over the coals for its precious resources, forcing the North African Arab nation to lose over 100 billion Egyptian pounds since 2005 alone (84). No gas has been pumped to Israel since February 13th, with the most recent protest being held in Suez on March 20th (85). Due to pressure from the Egyptian people, the military junta have not resumed gas to Israel and reluctantly have no plans to do so, also because of that pressure. 40% of Israel’s natural gas comes from Egypt, which the Zionist entity uses to produce 20% of its electricity (86). Egypt’s natural gas is an important element needed by the Zionist entity to maintain its 63-year occupation of Palestine.

On September 1st, 1975, an odious Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the United States of America and the Zionist entity residing on stolen Palestinian land. This MOU stated the following, “The United States Government will make every effort to be fully responsive, within the limits of its resources and Congressional authorization and appropriation, on an ongoing and long-term basis, to Israel's military equipment and other defense requirements, to its energy requirements and to its economic needs.” Also, “If the oil Israel needs to meet all its normal requirements for domestic consumption is unavailable for purchase in circumstances where no quantitative restrictions exist on the ability of the United States to procure oil to meet its normal requirements, the United States Government will promptly make oil available for purchase by Israel to meet all of the aforementioned normal requirements of Israel (88).”
To simplify, whenever the Zionist entity needs oil, as per the 1975 MOU, the United States will answer Israel’s beckoned call and go secure the oil. As was the case with Iraq, in which Benjamin Netanyahu bragged of Iraqi oil flowing from Kirkuk to Haifa (89), the war with Libya is indeed a war for oil. But not oil for America. On March 19th, 2011, 2 days after Netanyahu’s declarations against Qaddafi and the UN’s approval of a no-fly zone, another dastardly crime of epic proportions was committed against humanity. The name of this crime is Operation Odyssey Dawn, the title for the French-British-American coalition attack on Libya. It began with 110 cruise missiles being fired from the sea by the US and the UK and bombardment from above being provided by France (90). 64 Libyan civilians were slaughtered and over 150 were wounded (91). Another genocide in the making. General Petraeus, the slaughterer of Iraqis and Afghans, and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates, another slaughterer of Iraqis and Afghans, think the mass murder of innocents deserves a good laugh (92).
It is certainly of no coincidence that the war against Libya, a revenge operation designed by the Zionist entity and instigated by its political assets, was started on the very same day that Iraq was invaded in 2003. Several analysts and politicos have made mention of this key point. The point that is not being mentioned, a point more important than the former, is that Libya, like Iraq (both inhumane invasions) and Kosovo before it, was invaded on Purim, the Jewish holiday of vengeance based on the events in the biblical Book of Esther, commemorating the killing of Persian Prime Minister Haman, who tried to wipe out the Jewish people before being wiped out himself. Haman’s descendants are the Amalekites, and due to decades upon decades of brainwashing from the global Talmudic rabbinate, many Israelis and American Jews feel that Arabs and Muslims are the Amalekites (93). It is not a conspiracy theory, an opinion, a perspective or a supposition that Purim is a heightened time of conflict in the Middle East. It is a fact (94).
For Purim 2011, the occupied West Bank was placed under siege and terminals within besieged Gaza were shut down (95). One of the most gruesome incidents on Purim in occupied Palestine was Purim 2006, when Palestinian prisoners were stripped naked, beaten, detained and photographed after IOF tanks shelled a jail of illegally held Palestinians (96). But, a flashback that digs even deeper is required to fully understand what is being done to Libya. On March 5th 1991, only five days after the Highway of Death incident in occupied Iraq, the US Congress honored a racist, xenophobic, genocidal Chabad Lubavich rabbi named Menachem Mendel Schneerson, deemed by American presidents as an achiever of “eminence as a moral leader for this country.”
The killing of non-Jews, the goyim, according to Rabbi Schneerson, was not only permissible, acceptable and even recommended, but he considered non-Jews to be a separate species from Jews. This monstrous man was the spiritual leader for many of the Zionist officials in the United States government from the first Bush administration through the second. These Zionist officials were the planners and executors of the invasions, occupations and genocides of Iraq and Afghanistan. Were they spilling non-Jewish blood on Purim to appease their spiritual leader? (97).
Those reading can “do the math,” especially considering that these same Zionist extremists are the warmongers who have orchestrated the spilling of blood in Libya today. Murdering Arabs, the Amalekites, on Purim, has become a sacred Israeli tradition (98), with certain rabbis going as far as considering Arabs worthy of annihilation for “obstructing the building of the 3rd Temple (99).” This extremism, which has claimed the lives of millions of Arabs and Muslims in the genocides of Iraq and Afghanistan, is never reported on by the Zionist media. Instead, the American people are given sustenance with fast mood meals of anti-Islamic rhetoric by the same pro-Israel war criminals sending their children to die for an illegal occupying entity. It is high time that they know what the true meaning of Amalek is and why it is of such esoteric significance to the Zionist controllers.

Self-determination is a universal right that belongs to all people. It is embedded in the spiritual code of society, Islamic, Christian, secular or otherwise. It cannot be taken away by foreign powers; powers that never had any jurisdiction over such a right to begin with. Libya will overcome the siege of the Zionist dragon, no matter how long it may take, and when its self-determination blossoms, spitfire flowers will strike back at the powers who attempted to enforce humiliation against them.
And to those “humanitarians” attacking Muammar Qaddafi, an enigmatic leader who built Libya from the ground up over 42 years (114), you should direct your attention to real massacres from US-backed dictators ignored by the Zionist media like Islam Karimov, the barbaric 21-year dictator of Uzbekistan who slaughtered 700 of his citizens in the Andijan Massacre of 2005 (115).
Why are these “humanitarians” unaware of such a killing spree? Because Uzbekistan is a major torture center for the CIA’s Rendition program (116), the cornerstone of Zionism’s Orwellian ‘War On Terror.’ These “humanitarians” should remember that war is never the answer for anything, other than increasing the wealth of the globe holders. And finally, they should remember the words of late, great revolutionary Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara, whose words when applied to Libya and the oppressed Arab world have never rang so true, “Liberators do not exist. The people liberate themselves.” Indeed.

Au sein du Front du Changement National, qui existe depuis le 19 mars 2011, et dont l’intention a été publiquement affichée depuis le 19 mars 2009, les membres fondateurs ont été stupéfaits par ce piratage éhonté de leur sigle.
Nous comprenons mal, même si nous en devinons les intentions chafouines, comment un groupement qui prétend s’opposer au régime, qui est censé être au fait de l’actualité politique, et qui ne peut ignorer par conséquent la naissance du FCN, puisse ainsi mettre le grappin sur une dénomination crée et revendiquée publiquement par ses fondateurs, avec une déclaration, une plate forme d’action, et des objectifs politiques clairement définis. Un FCN dont le compromis politique, les objectifs et les formes d’action ont été débattus sur LQA, l’organe de l’Appel du 19 mars 2009, pendant deux années, jour pour jour.
Deux faits retiennent notre attention, et démontrent que ce « piratage » n’est ni fortuit, ni innocent.
D’abord le timing. Pourquoi, en effet, avoir attendu que le FCN soit créé, pour en inventer un autre ? A ce moment précis. Ce succédané de FCN a été créé une semaine après la création du FCN authentique. En des circonstances qui annoncent de grands bouleversements. Qui aurait empêché ces gens, si tant est qu’ils sont sincères, d’opter pour un autre sigle ? Non ! Il a fallu qu’ils volent celui-ci précisément, parce qu’un plan a été échafaudé. Parce que le FCN a été évalué par les forces de l’ombre comme une vraie menace pour leur survie.
Le deuxième point, et qui montre la précipitation dans laquelle s’est déroulée cette initiative, est que hormis un discours de circonstance, et un meeting qui a bénéficié de facilitations zélées, de la part de l’administration, ceux qui nous ont concocté ce clone de FCN, sans aucune consultation patente de ses membres, n’ont même pas eu le temps de préparer un programme, aussi hâtif soit-il. Il fallait parer au plus pressé, et ne pas laisser le champ à des gens qui se sont résolument engagés pour un changement radical et pacifique du système. Trop dangereux pour les laisser faire. Il fallait les parasiter, injecter une contrefaçon dans le paysage politique. Un parti maison, qui bénéficiera, bien sûr, de toute la sollicitude de ceux qui tiennent le bon côté du manche. Et les cordons de la bourse.
Nous ne sommes pas particulièrement adeptes de la théorie du complot, mais cette copie du FCN ressemble étrangement aux partis qui avaient été créés par le DRS pour contrer le FFS et le FIS, et aux syndicats maisons, qui avaient été lancés en catastrophe, pour disperser les salariés qui s’apprêtaient à rejoindre de nouveaux syndicats autonomes. Mais malgré cela, l’outrance n’a pas été poussée au point de copier-coller un sigle. A ce point, ils auraient pu, tout aussi bien, prendre les noms des membres fondateurs.
Bien sûr, ils ne vont pas manquer de nous opposer des arguments légaux. Ils vont nous dire bien sûr, que nous ne sommes pas agréés par l’État sous ce sigle, que nous n’avons pas d’existence légale. Et c’est ce qui fait notre différence avec eux. Parce que le FCN authentique, qui a décidé de se mettre aux côtés du peuple algérien, pour chasser ce régime, n’a pas besoin de celui-ci pour exister, ni de ses subventions, ni de ses injonctions à la presse, pour se faire connaître.
Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi les médias algériens ont massivement boudé la création du FCN authentique. Gageons que dès demain, l’annonce de la création de cet avatar du FCN va être relayée par tous les journaux. Peut-être même par les radios et la télévision algériennes.
Mais nous nous réjouissons, d’une certaine manière, de cette sournoise initiative . Non seulement elle aura eu le mérite de démasquer certains parmi ces islamistes de service, qui apparaissent aujourd’hui sous leur véritable jour de baltaguias politiques, mais cela nous aura appris, de surcroît, que le FCN authentique a inquiété les officines du régime, au point de les pousser à adopter une attitude aussi saugrenue qu’elle est stupide.
Le peuple reconnaîtra les siens!

Les projets secrets pour le Yémen

Depuis quelques mois, le monde assiste à l’intensification soutenue des opérations militaires états-uniennes au Yémen, un pays désespérément pauvre, voisin de l’Arabie Saoudite par sa frontière septentrionale, de la mer Rouge à l’ouest, et du golfe d’Aden au sud qui donne accès à la mer d’Arabie, bordant un autre pays désolé ayant également fait la une des médias récemment : la Somalie. Les preuves collectées portent à croire que le Pentagone et les services secrets états-uniens positionnent des unités militarisées autour de l’un des goulots d’étranglement stratégiques du trafic mondial de pétrole, Bab el-Mandab. Profitant des actes de piraterie en Somalie et des annonces faites à propos de la réémergence de la menace d’Al-Qaïda depuis le Yémen, les États-Unis visent à militariser l’une des voies d’acheminement de pétrole les plus vitales. Plus encore, les réserves de pétrole non-exploitées au Yémen et en Arabie Saoudite seraient les plus importantes au monde.
Le Nigérian âgé de 30 ans, accusé de la tentative d’attentat ratée, Abdulmutallab, aurait avoué que cette mission lui avait été confiée par Al-Qaïda pour la péninsule arabique (AQAP), basée au Yémen. Cette déclaration opportune permet de tourner l’attention de l’opinion publique sur le Yémen en le faisant apparaitre comme le nouveau centre névralgique de ce que l’on désigne comme l’organisation terroriste Al-Qaïda.
C’est précisément ce que soutient sur son blog Bruce Riedel (un ancien agent de la CIA durant trente ans, qui a conseillé le président Obama pour élaborer la politique du surge en Afghanistan) en évoquant les liens supposés entre le terroriste présumé et le Yémen : « La tentative de destruction du vol 253 de la Northwest Airlines entre Amsterdam et Détroit le jour de Noël démontre l’ambition grandissante de la branche d’Al-Qaïda au Yémen, qui, partie d’un programme d’action auparavant centré sur le Yémen, joue depuis un an un rôle dans le jihad islamique mondial. Le gouvernement affaibli du président yéménite Ali Abdallah Saleh, qui n’est jamais parvenu à contrôler entièrement le pays et qui fait à présent face à d’innombrables problèmes, aura besoin d’un fort soutien des États-Unis pour contrer l’AQAP. » [1]
Éléments introductifs à la géopolitique du Yémen
Avant de poursuivre notre propos au sujet de cet incident, il faut regarder de plus près la situation actuelle du Yémen. Plusieurs éléments s’avèrent déconcertants dès lors qu’ils sont mis en parallèle avec les annonces répétées de Washington quant à la résurgence de la menace d’Al-Qaïda dans la péninsule arabique.Dès le début de l’année 2009, les pièces se sont mises en mouvement sur l’échiquier yéménite. Tariq al-Fadhli, un ancien chef de guerre jihadiste, originaire du Sud-Yémen, brisait l’alliance qu’il avait passée quinze ans auparavant avec le gouvernement yéménite du président Ali Abdallah Saleh. Tariq al-Fadhli annonçait alors qu’il rejoignait la large coalition d’opposition réunie dans le Mouvement du Sud. À la fin des années 1980, Tariq al-Fadhli participait au mouvement des Moudjahidine en Afghanistan. Sa rupture avec le gouvernement de Saleh fut annoncée dans les médias yéménites et arabes en avril 2009. La prise de distance de Tariq al-Fadhli avec la dictature yéménite donna un nouveau souffle au Mouvement du Sud. Al-Fadhli est d’ailleurs devenu l’une des figures majeures de la coalition.
Le Yémen est un agrégat artificiel, créé après la dislocation de l’URSS en 1990, alors le principal soutien de la République démocratique populaire du Yémen (Sud-Yémen). L’unification de la République arabe du Yémen (Nord-Yémen) et du Sud-Yémen généra un optimisme rapidement étouffé par la courte guerre civile de 1994. Les factions de l’armée du Sud-Yémen avaient alors organisé une révolte dénonçant la corruption et le caractère oligarchique du pouvoir du président Ali Abdallah Saleh. Celui-ci dirige seul le pays depuis 1978, d’abord au titre de président de la République arabe du Yémen, puis en tant que président du Yémen unifié depuis 1990. La rébellion menée par l’armée du Sud-Yémen échoua après l’alliance du président Saleh avec Tariq al-Fadhli, avec d’autres leaders salafistes yéménites, partisans d’une interprétation conservatrice de l’Islam, et avec des jihadistes. Cette manœuvre fut exécutée pour peser face à l’héritage marxiste du Parti socialiste du Sud-Yémen.
Avant 1990, Washington et le Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite soutenaient et apportaient leur aide à Saleh dans sa politique d’islamisation ; ils faisaient alors le pari de contenir les ambitions communistes du Sud-Yémen [2]. Depuis lors, Saleh s’est appuyé sur les puissantes mouvances salafistes jihadistes pour affermir son pouvoir despotique. La rupture d’al-Fadhli avec le pouvoir et son ralliement au groupe d’opposition du sud aux côtés de ses anciens ennemis socialistes portèrent un sérieux revers au président Saleh.
Le 28 avril 2009, immédiatement après l’annonce du ralliement d’al-Fadhli à la coalition du Mouvement du Sud, les mouvements de protestation se sont intensifiés dans les provinces de Lahij, Ad Dali et Hadramaout. Des dizaines de milliers de personnes, exerçant dans le civil ou dans l’armée, s’estimant abandonnées, manifestèrent pour réclamer de meilleurs salaires et davantage de protection sociale. Ces manifestations ne cessent de se multiplier depuis 2006. Pour la première fois, al-Fadhli fit une apparition publique lors des manifestations d’avril 2009. Sa présence a transformé le mouvement socialiste du Sud-Yémen, alors moribond, en une puissante vague nationaliste. Elle a également poussé le président Saleh à l’action, et celui-ci, inquiet des conséquences possibles du mouvement dans toute la péninsule arabique, demanda l’aide de l’Arabie Saoudite et des autres États du Conseil de coopération du Golfe.
Dans le nord du Yémen, Saleh fait face à une rébellion chiite d’obédience zaydite menée par al-Houthi, ce qui complique encore un peu plus la situation de ce pays manqué, comme le qualifient certains. Le 11 septembre 2009, lors d’une interview pour Al-Jazeera, Saleh accusait le leader de l’opposition chiite d’Irak, Moqtada al-Sadr, ainsi que l’Iran, d’apporter leur soutien aux rebelles du Nord-Yémen appartenant à la mouvance chiite ralliée à al-Houthi. Le président Saleh déclarait : « Nous ne pouvons pas accuser l’administration officielle iranienne, mais des Iraniens nous ont confié qu’ils étaient préparés à établir une médiation. Ceci signifie que l’Iran a des contacts avec [les partisans d’al-Houthi], étant donné que les Iraniens veulent intervenir entre le gouvernement yéménite et ces rebelles. De même, Moqtada al-Sadr, depuis Nadjaf en Irak, demande à être choisi comme médiateur. Cela montre qu’ils sont tous en contact les uns avec les autres. » [3]
Les autorités yéménites ont annoncé la découverte de caches d’armes obtenues via l’Iran. De leur côté, les partisans d’al-Houthi affirment avoir mis la main sur des équipements de l’armée du Yémen portant la marque d’une fabrication en Arabie Saoudite ; ils donnent ainsi un fondement à l’accusation qu’ils prononcent contre le gouvernement de Sanaa (la capitale du Yémen et le siège de l’ambassade des États-Unis) d’être aux ordres de l’Arabie Saoudite. L’Iran a démenti la découverte d’armes iraniennes dans le Nord-Yémen, qualifiant d’infondées les accusations qui font de l’Iran un soutien aux rebelles. [4]
Que dire d’Al-Qaïda ?
Le portrait qui se dégage à présent du président Saleh est celui d’un dictateur aux abois, soutenu par les États-Unis, en perte fulgurante de pouvoir, après deux décennies de despotisme dans le Yémen unifié. L’économie du pays a connu une phase de ralentissement spectaculaire en 2008, lorsque le prix du pétrole s’est effondré. Près de 70% des richesses du Yémen proviennent de l’exploitation du pétrole. Le gouvernement central de Saleh est installé à Sanaa, dans le nord du pays, tandis que le pétrole se trouve dans le sud du Yémen. Pourtant, c’est bien Saleh qui contrôle les flux de capitaux issus du pétrole. Pour Saleh, l’amoindrissement des bénéfices provenant du pétrole a rendu inévitable la redite de l’option à laquelle il a l’habitude de céder : celle de corrompre les groupes d’opposition.C’est dans ce contexte intérieur chaotique, qu’est intervenue, en janvier 2009, l’annonce, abondamment reprise sur des sites Internet soigneusement sélectionnés, selon laquelle Al-Qaïda, la supposée organisation terroriste créée par le Saoudien, autrefois entraîné par la CIA, Oussama ben Laden, aurait développé une branche importante au Yémen dédiée aux opérations en Arabie Saoudite et au Yémen.
Le 20 janvier 2009, Nasir al-Wahayshi, le chef d’Al-Qaïda au Yémen, annonçait, via les forums jihadistes en ligne, la formation d’un groupe unique à ses ordres pour la péninsule arabique. Selon al-Wahayshi, ce nouveau groupe, Al-Qaïda pour la péninsule arabique, serait composé des membres d’Al-Qaïda au Yémen, rejoints par ceux du réseau démantelé d’Al-Qaïda en Arabie Saoudite. Il est intéressant de constater que la presse a alors affirmé que le Saoudien Abu-Sayyaf al-Shihri, un ancien détenu de Guantanamo (n° 372) officierait en tant qu’adjoint d’al-Wahayshi.
Quelques jours plus tard, une vidéo était mise en ligne par al-Wahayshi, sous le titre alarmant : « Nous partons d’ici, et nous nous retrouverons à Al-Aqsa ». Al-Aqsa fait référence à la mosquée Al-Aqsa à Jérusalem, que les Juifs nomment le Mont du Temple, le site où s’élevait le temple de Salomon, et que les Musulmans appellent Al-Haram Al-Sharif. Dans cette vidéo, des menaces sont d’abord formulées contre les dirigeants musulmans – dont le président du Yémen Saleh, la famille royale saoudienne et le président égyptien Moubarak. La vidéo affirme ensuite la volonté de l’organisation terroriste d’exporter le jihad du Yémen vers Israël afin de « libérer » les sites sacrés de l’Islam et la bande de Gaza, des opérations qui pourraient déclencher un troisième conflit mondial si certains sont assez fous pour aller jusque-là.
Outre les propos de l’ex-détenu de Guantanamo al-Shihri, la vidéo citent ceux d’Abu Hareth Muhammad al-Awfi, présenté comme un chef militaire, et qui aurait été le détenu n°333 à Guantanamo. Étant entendu que la torture échoue à récolter des confessions fiables, certains analystes ont envisagé que l’objectif réel des interrogatoires menés par la CIA et le Pentagone à Guantanamo depuis 2001 était d’utiliser des techniques brutales afin d’entraîner ou de recruter des cellules terroristes dormantes, activées sur ordre des services secrets états-uniens, une accusation aussi difficile à prouver qu’à réfuter. On ne peut que s’interroger sur la présence de ces deux anciens « hauts diplômés » de Guantanamo au sein de la nouvelle cellule d’AQAP.
En apparence, al-Fadhi et le Mouvement du Sud dont le soutien populaire s’est étendu, considèrent Al-Qaïda au Yémen comme infréquentable. Dans une interview, al-Fadhi déclarait : « J’entretiens des relations très proches avec tous les mouvements jihadistes du nord, du sud et d’ailleurs, mais pas avec Al-Qaïda. » [5] Cela n’a pas empêché le président Saleh d’affirmer que le Mouvement du Sud et Al-Qaïda ne faisait qu’un, une position commode pour s’assurer le soutien de Washington.
Selon des rapports des services secrets états-uniens, le sud du Yémen abriterait tout au plus 200 membres d’Al-Qaïda. [6]
En mai 2009, al-Fadhi s’est démarqué d’Al-Qaïda et affirmait dans la presse : « Il y a quinze ans, nous [le Sud-Yémen] avons été envahis et nous subissons une occupation immorale. Nous sommes donc attelés à servir notre cause et nous ne servons aucune autre cause sur la planète. Nous voulons notre indépendance et mettre un terme à cette occupation. » [7]. Le jour même, profitant de l’aubaine, Al Qaïda promouvait son action et affichait son soutien à la cause du Sud-Yémen.
Le 14 mai 2009, dans une bande sonore diffusée sur Internet, al-Wahayshi, le leader d’AQAP, exprimait sa sympathie envers le peuple des provinces méridionales dans sa tentative de défense contre « l’oppression » qu’il subit et déclarait : « Ce qui se passe dans les gouvernorats de Lahij, d’Ad Dali, d’Abyan, de Hadramaout et dans les autres provinces du sud est inacceptable. Nous devons soutenir et aider [les sud-yéménites]. » Il promettait également des représailles : « L’oppression que vous subissez ne saurait se passer de punition… le meurtre de Musulmans dans la rue constitue un crime grave et injustifié. » [8]
La prétendue émergence d’Al-Qaïda au Sud-Yémen, une base modeste dont on ne cesse pourtant pas de parler, sur les terres du Mouvement du Sud dans lequel certains observateurs voient un paravent au programme radical d’Al-Qaïda, est opportunément interprétée par le Pentagone comme un casus belli et sert de prétexte à l’intensification des opérations militaires de cette région stratégique.
En effet, après avoir déclaré que le conflit interne au Yémen était l’affaire du seul Yémen, le président Obama a ordonné des frappes aériennes sur le pays. Le Pentagone a déclaré que les attaques des 17 et 24 décembre avaient tué trois membres importants d’Al-Qaïda ; rien n’a cependant pu le prouver. À présent, le conte de Noël du terroriste de Détroit revivifie le programme de la Guerre contre le terrorisme au Yémen. Obama propose désormais un soutien militaire au gouvernement du président Saleh.
Les pirates somaliens de plus en plus actifs
En même temps que les titres de CNN égrainaient les nouvelles menaces terroristes venues du Yémen, sortaient comme d’un chapeau les annonces de l’intensification des attaques, devenues monnaie courante, de pirates somaliens sur la marine commerciale empruntant le golfe d’Aden et la mer d’Arabie depuis le sud du Yémen [9] ; une intensification faisant suite à une réduction des contrôles de patrouilles internationales.Le 29 décembre 2009, la chaîne de télévision russe RAI Novosti rapportait que des pirates somaliens avaient capturé un cargo grec dans le golfe d’Aden au large de la Somalie. Plus tôt au cours de la même journée, un chimiquier britannique et les vingt-six membres de son équipage étaient également interceptés par des pirates dans le golfe d’Aden. Prouvant sa maitrise de l’utilisation des médias occidentaux, le chef des pirates, Mohamed Shakir, annonçait par téléphone au journal britannique le Times : « Nous avons intercepté un navire battant pavillon britannique dans le golfe d’Aden tard hier soir. » Un compte-rendu des services secrets états-uniens (cité par Stratfor) rapporte que le Times, propriété de Rupert Murdoch, soutien financier des néo-conservateurs, est parfois utilisé par les services secrets israéliens pour faire germer des histoires accommodantes.
Ces deux derniers événements portèrent le nombre des attaques et des détournements de navires à un niveau record. Pour l’année 2009, au 22 décembre, les attaques par des pirates somaliens dans le golfe d’Aden et au large de la côte orientale de la Somalie s’élevaient à 174, et concernaient 35 navires détournés et 587 personnes prises en otage ; cela représente la quasi-totalité des attaques de piraterie réussis dans le monde, selon le Centre de surveillance de la piraterie du Bureau maritime international. Une question se pose à présent : Auprès de qui les “pirates” somaliens obtiennent-ils les armes et la logistique leur permettant d’éviter les patrouilles internationales dépêchées par de nombreux États ?
Ainsi, le 3 janvier 2009, le président Saleh a reçu un appel téléphonique du président de la Somalie Sharif Sheik Ahmed ; ce dernier l’informait des derniers développements de la situation en Somalie. Sharif Ahmed, dont le propre pouvoir à Mogadiscio est si faible qu’il est parfois surnommé le président de l’aéroport de Mogadiscio, déclara à Saleh qu’il partagerait avec lui toutes les informations à sa disposition concernant les activités terroristes initiées en Somalie qui menaceraient la stabilité et la sécurité du Yémen et de la région.
Le goulot d’étranglement pétrolier et autres affaires pétrolières
L’importance stratégique de la région située entre le Yémen et la Somalie revêt ici une signification géopolitique particulière. C’est en effet là que se trouve le site de Bab el-Mandab, que le gouvernement états-unien classe parmi les sept principaux goulots d’étranglement stratégiques dans le domaine du transport pétrolier. L’Agence de l’information sur l’énergie (EIA) états-unienne précise que « la fermeture de Bab el-Mandab pourrait empêcher les tankers du Golfe Persique d’atteindre le Canal de Suez et le complexe d’oléoducs de Sumed, les déroutant par le sud de l’Afrique. Le détroit de Bab el-Mandab est un goulot d’étranglement entre la corne africaine et le Moyen-Orient, ainsi qu’un pont stratégique entre la Mer Méditerranée et l’Océan Indien. » [10]Au carrefour du Yémen, de Djibouti et de l’Érythrée, Bab el-Mandab relie la Golfe d’Aden à la Mer d’Arabie. Le pétrole et les autres marchandises en provenance du Golfe Persique doivent franchir Bab el-Mandab avant d’entrer dans le Canal de Suez. En 2006, le Département de l’énergie à Washington rapportait qu’un volume d’environ 3,3 millions de barils de pétrole transitait chaque jour par cette étroite voie navigable vers l’Europe, les États-Unis et l’Asie. L’essentiel du pétrole, soit environ 2,1 millions de barils par jour, prend la direction du nord par Bab el-Mandab vers le complexe de Suez/Sumed qui débouche sur la Méditerranée.
Un prétexte pour une militarisation par les États-Unis et l’OTAN des eaux entourant Bab el-Mandab serait l’occasion pour Washington de prendre un nouvel nouvel avantage dans sa poursuite du contrôle des sept goulots d’étranglement pétrolier les plus essentiels dans le monde, ce qui représente une part importante de toute future stratégie états-unienne destinée à priver de leur approvisionnement en pétrole la Chine, l’Union européenne ou toute autre région ou pays s’opposant à la politique US. Sachant que des volumes importants de pétrole saoudien transitent par Bab el-Mandab, le contrôle miliataire de ce point par les États-Unis servirait à dissuader l’Arabie Saoudite de contracter de futures ventes de pétrole avec la Chine, ou d’autres, dans une monnaie autre que le dollar, comme l’expliquait récemment Robert Fisk, le journaliste du quotidien britannique The Independent.

Les États-Unis seraient en outre en position de menacer le transport pétrolier chinois depuis Port-Soudan sur la Mer Rouge, juste au nord de Bab el-Mandab, un cordon d’approvisionnement vital pour les besoins énergétiques nationaux de la Chine.Au-delà de sa situation géopolique en tant qu’important goulot d’étranglement du transit pétrolier mondial, le Yémen est en outre doté de réserves de pétroles importantes. Les bassins de Masila et de Shabwa récèlent d’après les compagnies pétrolières internationales de potentielles « découvertes de premier choix » [11]. Le Français Total et plusieurs autres compagnies pétrolières internationales de moindre taille sont engagés dans le développement de la production pétrolière yéménite. Il est possible que les préoccupations récentes de Washington concernant le Yémen aillent bien au-delà d’une simple organisation Al-Qaïda de bric et de brac dont l’exsitence même en tant qu’organisation terroriste globale a été mise en doute par de nombreux experts avisés de l’Islam.

Libye : «Aube de l'odyssée» ou cheval de Troie
L'enfer est pavé de bonnes intentions. Certes, il pouvait être difficile' pour les plus sincères des insurgés de faire la part des choses entre la cause nationale et celle de la démocratie. Mais désormais, ils ne peuvent plus ignorer cette réalité, celle des bombardements de forces étrangères sur leurs propres villes, sur leurs propres aéroports, sur leurs propres routes, sur leur propre peuple, car là aussi il s'agit de bombardements contre des populations civiles, et il n'y a pas un bon et un mauvais peuple. Démocratie où serait ta victoire si elle se faisait à ce prix. Tout petit, mon père m'avait raconté cette histoire: C'était pendant la période coloniale. Clemenceau, le président du Conseil français, visitait l'Algérie et était arrivé à la porte d'une ville'. Un bachagha algérien, l'accueillant, lui dit: «C'est mon père qui a ouvert cette ville à la France». Et Clemenceau de lui répondre: «Monsieur, chez nous, on appelle cela un traître.»
Que les insurgés libyens, et les Etats arabes qui ont appelé à l'intervention armée, prennent garde aux flatteries occidentales sur «leur courage» et «leur détermination démocratique'». Il n'y a aucun courage à compter sur des armées étrangères pour vaincre. Ces flatteries ne cachent, en réalité, que mépris pour eux. Peut-on défendre une révolution démocratique et nationale en indiquant à des forces armées étrangères les sites de son propre pays à bombarder. Espérons que les plus lucides des démocrates libyens prendront conscience du terrible engrenage dans lequel on veut les entrainer, de glissement en glissement, et qu'ils comprendront qu'on ne peut défendre la démocratie sans défendre la nation. Les peuples hiérarchisent les priorités.
Le nouveau pouvoir Libyen, s'il est installé par l'étranger, sera marqué par les conditions de sa naissance. Il sera vulnérable, soumis à la volonté de ceux qui l'auront fait. Rien n'aura été réglé. Pire, la crise démocratique se sera transformée en crise nationale Tout cela est dommage. Terriblement dommage. Si les vrais démocrates libyens ne redressent pas la situation, on pourra dire alors que la révolution démocratique libyenne aura, pour le moment, échoué. Il n'est pas d'exemple historique de révolution qui ait été véritable en étant apportée par des forces armées étrangères.

Ceci n'est pourtant pas dit dans la résolution qui parle seulement «de toutes mesures nécessaires à la protection des populations civiles» sans citer nulle part le «régime de Kadhafi», c'est à dire en s'adressant à toutes les parties en conflit. La campagne médiatique est si violente que l'opinion est sidérée et qu'il lui est littéralement impossible de ne pas croire à ce qu'on lui dit. Le ministre des affaires étrangères français, Alain Juppé, tient à prendre la parole devant le Conseil de sécurité, donnant l'impression d'être triomphant à la suite de l'adoption de la résolution. Il s'essaie d'ailleurs à reprendre les accents lyriques de Dominique de Villepin lors du refus de la France à la résolution concernant l'Irak (en 2003), mais il n'en est que le négatif, la triste et pâle copie, là où l'un s'était opposé à une agression, l'autre la réclame. Alain Juppé sort, ensuite, quasiment en courant, de la réunion du Conseil de sécurité et se précipite vers les medias comme s'il venait de recevoir l'autorisation d'une intervention armée en Lybie. D'ailleurs les medias occidentaux s'impatientent que les frappes ne commencent pas de suite.
Cette campagne médiatique est totalitaire, ne laisse aucun espace à l'esprit critique. Il ne doit y avoir aucune place à d'autres opinions que celle caricaturant El Gueddafi, le présentant comme un fou dangereux qui doit être éliminé. Il faut empêcher les gens de réfléchir au delà d'El Gueddafi, c'est à dire au fond de la crise actuelle, à tous ses aspects, aux véritables enjeux, bref les obliger au conformisme le plus plat. Les grandes chaines satellitaires et des journaux arabes, au Machrek et au Maghreb, participent à cette immense manipulation, soit parce qu'ils soutiennent les positions occidentales, soit parce qu'ils sont eux aussi impressionnés par cette pression médiatique extrême. C'est le cas de la chaine El Djazira, dont le pays d'accueil, le Qatar est partie prenante de la coalition occidentale, mais aussi d' «El Arabiya» et d'autres, dans un contexte d'unanimisme, et d'uniformisation de l'information encore jamais vu.
L'un des instruments essentiels de la désinformation va être de cacher, non seulement le contenu réel de la résolution, mais aussi que l'essentiel de l'humanité est contre une intervention militaire étrangère. D'abord les grandes nations émergentes: la Chine, l'Inde, le Brésil, la Russie. Il faut y ajouter la Turquie. Ces pays ont dénoncé le détournement de la résolution et l'usage qui en a été fait. C'est le cas aussi de l'Union Africaine qui s'oppose aux attaques militaires actuelles et qui n'a pas voulu participer au sommet de Samedi à Paris. Et c'est le cas même de la Ligue arabe, dont le Secrétaire général vient de dénoncer l'interprétation qui a été faite de la notion «de zone d'exclusion aérienne».
La résolution adoptée par la Ligue arabe à ce sujet a été surtout le fait des monarchies du Golfe, Etats à faible population et représentant une minorité du monde arabe. Parmi les pays voisins, l'Algérie a voté contre. L'Egypte et la Tunisie sont en période de transition mais, notamment la première, prend de plus en plus ses distances avec la coalition occidentale. Il n'y reste que le Qatar, qui s'y retrouve aujourd'hui seul, isolé. Un autre aspect de la désinformation va consister à présenter l'intervention armée comme la seule alternative. «Pouvait-on laisser des populations civiles être massacrées», voilà ce qui va être le leitmotiv. Rien n'est là aussi plus faux. Le président Chavez avait présenté, dès le début de la crise un plan de dialogue qui avait été accepté par El Gueddafi, la Ligue arabe et l'Union africaine. Et comme on l'a vu l'article 2 de la résolution du conseil de sécurité privilégiait aussi le dialogue. L'opinion a donc été désinformée de la véritable décision de l'ONU. Chauffée à blanc, elle va même s'impatienter du retard à lancer l'attaque. Mais il était difficile de violer à ce point la lettre de la résolution du Conseil de sécurité qui accordait la priorité à un cessez le feu, et donc de violer d'évidence le droit international. Or le pouvoir libyen déclare de suite accepter la résolution de l'ONU, qu'il s'y soumet et il décrète un cessez le feu immédiat.
Il fallait donc prouver à tout prix que le régime libyen ne respectait pas le cessez le feu.
LES FAMEUX TEMOINS OCULAIRES
Le relai est alors pris par des chaines satellitaires arabes, notamment El Djazira, la chaine Qatari. C'est la fameuse utilisation de la source des «témoins oculaires» ( en arabe chouhoud ayan) qui restera probablement comme l'une des caractéristiques des méthodes d'information (et de désinformation) durant cette crise). Et c'est ainsi qu'à l'ère du règne des images et des évènements suivis en direct, ce sont des «témoins» (qu'on entend souvent sans les voir) qui nous donnent des informations. sans images. Et lorsqu'on a des images, on a l'impression gênante souvent de mises en scènes: soldats et hommes armés accoutrés de façon disparate, pièces de DCA dont les servants semblent s'amuser comme avec un jouet, en les tournant dans tous les sens et en tirant au hasard comme contre des avions devant les caméras, armées de mercenaires noirs signalées dans un langage qui confine au racisme mais invisibles etc. Dans la nuit du Jeudi 17 mars au Vendredi 18 mars, «El Djazira» (et aussi «El Arabiya» mais avec plus de retenue) va créer une atmosphère dramatiquement intense de témoignages oculaires affirmant que le cessez le feu n'est pas respecté et que les troupes gouvernementales sont «entrées dans les faubourgs de Benghazi». Le soir, El Djazira, aux environs de 19h (heure d'Alger), interviewe en direct l'ambassadrice américaine Susan Rice pour lui affirmer que le cessez le feu n'est pas respecté et lui reprocher avec véhémence de ne pas se porter au secours de Benghazi «avant qu'il ne soit trop tard». Quelques minutes après, l'ambassadrice américaine, comme si elle n'attendait que cela, reprenant El Djazira, dira que le cessez le feu n'est pas respecté et France 24 reprendra ceci comme une information officielle.
Les envoyés spéciaux de France 24 utiliseront eux aussi le procédé du «témoin oculaire». Ils n'ont pas d'images, n'ont rien vu, bien qu'ils soient «sur le terrain» mais le fait «d'être sur le terrain» a ici pour fonction de leur donner plus de crédibilité. La pression devient le Samedi matin de plus en plus intense, au fur et à mesure qu'on s'approche du sommet international réuni à Paris ce jour et qui doit décider des frappes militaires. On donne l'image d'un avion de chasse qui s'écrase en feu sur Benghazi, dont on dira après qu'il n'est vraisemblablement pas un avion sous contrôle du gouvernement libyen, mais on préféra bizarrement ne plus le dire. Il est clair que le pouvoir libyen a intérêt à respecter le cessez le feu et à ne donner aucun prétexte aux frappes. Mais qu'importe. Quand on veut noyer son chien, on l'accuse de la rage. «El «Gueddafi est un menteur, on ne peut faire confiance à ce régime», cette affirmation va désormais être répétée sans arrêt et servir d'argument générique, permettant l'économie de toute argumentation, de toute preuve. Soit. Il n'est pas digne de confiance, mais alors pourquoi ne pas avoir recours à des observateurs chargés de contrôler le cessez le feu. C'est ce que proposent les libyens mais en vain.
Après les frappes, et comme par enchantement, on ne parlera plus de troupes de El Gueddafi «dans les faubourgs de Benghazi». Et lorsqu'on annoncera les premières victimes des missiles américains sur Tripoli, les journalistes de France 24 et d'El Djazira, devenus soudains sceptiques et professionnels, diront qu'il est nécessaire de vérifier ces informations.
COMME A LA «BELLE EPOQUE»
Quel que soit le comportement du gouvernement libyen, la cause était entendue d'avance. Il fallait éliminer El Gueddafi, et si besoin est physiquement, comme on le verra suggéré. La façon dont ont été déclenchées les frappes, les cibles visées, prouvent la préméditation et que les préparatifs ont été faits bien à l'avance, déjà au moins lorsque les bâtiments de guerre américains, français et anglais sont venus croiser au large des côtes libyennes. L'évolution même du langage des medias et des officiels occidentaux montrent les buts réels de l'opération: on passe successivement de «zone d'exclusion aérienne» à «frappes ciblées» puis à «frappes préventives», puis à «l'appui à donner aux insurgés pour renverser El Gueddafi qui est de toute façon fini politiquement». La partition de la Lybie, entre d'une part la Tripolitaine et d'autre part la Cyrénaïque est déjà évoquée comme une option .Certains intellectuels français, comme Antoine Sfeir, qui a réclamé avec acharnement avec Bernard Henry Lévy une intervention militaire, va jusqu'à envisager sur la chaine France 5 (émission «C dans l'air»,16 mars) l'éventualité «que quelqu'un mette à Gueddafi une balle dans la tête». Un autre «spécialiste des pays arabes», Antoine Basbous suggère sur France 2 («Telématin», 21 mars) que la disparition de El Gueddafi résoudrait bien des problèmes.
La crise libyenne révèle d'un seul coup l'état culturel d'une grande partie de l'intelligentsia française. Certains ne se contentent pas seulement de justifier l'intervention armée en Lybie, ils vont même jusqu'à prendre un plaisir inquiétant à donner des conseils sur la manière de mener l'action militaire, comme le font Pascal Boniface, Pierre Hesner, Paul Pancracio, Jean François Daguzan, des intellectuels et chercheurs français dans le journal «Le Monde» du 16 Mars 2011. S'il y a une contradiction trop évidente, comme l'étrange tolérance sur ce qui se passe à Bahreïn, le problème est écarté d'un revers de la main, et on propose là une grille de lecture d'un conflit entre sunnites et chiites, en oubliant de dire qu'ils sont avant tout tous arabes. Sur les plateaux des medias français se succèdent intellectuels, experts militaires et hommes politiques, dans une alliance sacrée qui va de la droite à la gauche. Chacun adresse des louanges à la lucidité et à «l'audace» du président Sarkozy. L'atmosphère est à une hystérie guerrière, à une frénésie militaire, à un sentiment de puissance au spectacle des Mirages qui décollent pour une proie si facile, pour une guerre sans risques. Tout ce monde laisse l'impression de respirer un moment, euphorique, l'air de la «la belle époque», celle de la domination coloniale. Le chauvinisme se cache comme toujours, et comme déjà à cette époque, derrière des arguments humanitaires et civilisationnels. Des mots méprisants et révélateurs sont parfois lâchés comme ce journaliste de France 24, Silvain Attal, qui veut justifier le rôle leader de la France dans cette opération, en revendiquant le Maghreb comme «l'arrière-cour de la France».
Le plaisir guerrier, est ici d'autant plus fort que la France doute d'elle même dans un monde qui change inexorablement et où les pays occidentaux auront à accepter leur nouvelle place, une place égale aux autres. Les interventions militaires se suivent et se ressemblent, en Irak, en Afghanistan etc. On ne change même pas le script et presque pas le casting du côté des acteurs occidentaux. «opérations humanitaires, défense des populations civiles», les justifications sont les mêmes. C'est chaque fois la catastrophe et d'immenses souffrances pour les peuples victimes, mais on recommence chaque fois.
IRAK REPLAY
C'est le remake des deux guerres contre l'Irak. Tout y est, exactement, comme s'ils n'avaient rien appris depuis 20 ans. Le premier ministre anglais, David Cameron, retrouve exactement les mêmes mots que Bush et Tony Blair et commence son discours de justification de l'attaque contre la Lybie en disant «Nous avons des informations fiables que..». On affirme à nouveau que les frappes des missiles Cruise et Tomawak sont des «frappes chirurgicales» pour une nouvelle «guerre propre». Dans la nuit de Tripoli recommence le feu d'artifice monstrueux, comme à Bagdad. Le plus douloureux est de retrouver des chaines et des journaux arabes justifier tout cela et avec des arguments semblables. La Chaine El Djazira a représenté, pour l'opinion arabe, un grand espoir d'esprit critique, de pluralité de l'information, bref de démocratie. Avec la crise libyenne, elle devient brusquement une chaine gouvernementale arabe comme les autres, un instrument de propagande. On se souvient soudain qu'elle est la chaine du Qatar. Où est El Djazira qui représentait une source d'informations, une alternative à la désinformation pendant les guerres contre l'Irak, contre le Liban, contre Gaza. Le 19 mars, 110 missiles tomahawks avaient été tirés sur la Lybie. Le soir, les journalistes de «El Djazira» nous expliquaient, admiratifs, que les missiles tomahawks coûtent extrêmement chers mais qu'ils sont très précis, et qu'il est donc à l'honneur des américains de les utiliser contre Tripoli pour faire le moins possible de victimes civiles. C'est là aussi dommage, bien dommage pour l'avenir et la crédibilité d'El Djazira auprès de l'opinion arabe mais aussi pour nous tous car les chaine satellitaires arabes ont été, malgré tout, l'un des plus grands progrès de ces dernières années. Mais espérons qu'il ne s'agisse que d'un épisode. En tout cas, il prouve comment la cause nationale et la cause démocratique sont profondément imbriquées dans le monde arabe et que tout recul de l'une est le recul de l'autre.
Les Etats occidentaux ont baptisé leur opération militaire contre la Lybie «Aube de l'Odyssée». Est-ce un lapsus car on pense invinciblement alors au Cheval de Troie. La Démocratie pourra-t-elle être utilisée comme Cheval de Troie d'un retour du colonialisme, comme peut le faire croire ce qui se passe en Lybie. C'est ce que pourraient penser les nostalgiques des régimes nationalistes autoritaires. Mais rien n'est plus faux. En réalité, les Etats occidentaux dominants sont inquiets, désemparés devant cette intervention massive des Arabes sur la scène historique. La révolution démocratique arabe murit partout y compris lorsqu'elle échoue momentanément ici et là. En Tunisie et en Egypte, elle ne tardera pas à fournir ses fruits au bénéfice de tout le monde arabe. Elle est aujourd'hui un formidable outil de libération nationale et sociale, le seul fourni finalement par l'Histoire. Il n'y a pas d'autre alternative, y compris pour le pouvoir libyen actuel, qui ne doit pas comprendre que l'hostilité, qui se développera certainement dans l'opinion mondiale et arabe à l'agression étrangère, signifie un soutien à lui.

Avec l'adoption de La Résolution 1973 au Conseil de Sécurité des Nations Unies à dix contre zéro et cinq abstentions, autorisant une zone d'exclusion aérienne et probablement une carte blanche à une intervention militaire occidentale financée par des pays du golfe Persique contre la Libye, ce riche pays d'Afrique du Nord fait face à l'un des derniers développements dans une longue série de plus de quarante ans de guerres secrètes menées contre son régime atypique.
Même s'il ne fait aucun doute que les revirements constants du guide de la révolution libyenne comme il se plaît à s'appeler lui-même autant que ses nombreuses erreurs en matière de politique étrangère ont donné une image assez déconcertante pour nombre de pays occidentaux, son imprévisibilité le laissait souvent isolé sur la scène régionale et internationale. Très peu de temps après son coup d'Etat militaire de 1969 contre le Roi Idris Ier, un potentat corrompu et à la solde des britanniques, Kaddafi dont le caractère imprévisible agace, devient rapidement la cible d'intenses opérations secrètes menées par les français, les britanniques, les israéliens et les américains visant à l'éliminer et à changer le pouvoir en Libye.
En 1971, un plan britannique d'invasion de la Libye en s'appuyant sur des troubles internes en Cyrénaïque visant à la libération de détenus politiques pro-monarchistes et la restauration de la monarchie échoue après quelques jours de combats durant lesquels le pays s'embrase dans un début de guerre civile. En 1977, une révolte populaire à laquelle participent des travailleurs expatriés égyptiens met à feu et à sang les villes de Tobrouk, Derna et Benghazi. Kaddafi prends la décision radicale d'expulser l'ensemble des ressortissants égyptiens établis ou de passage sur son territoire, déclenchant ainsi une crise avec l'Egypte de Sadate. La tension aux frontières entre les deux pays se transforme en duel d'artillerie. Les Américains et les Britanniques pressent le président Sadate d'envahir la Libye et d'en finir avec le Colonel «fou». Les bons offices Arabes et notamment la médiation du président Algérien Boumediène mettent fin au conflit.
En 1980, le colonel Alain de Gaigneron de de Marolles démissionne après le fiasco d'un plan français soutenant une rébellion armée à Tobrouk. Les forces gouvernementales parviennent après d'intenses combats et non sans d'énormes difficultés, à encercler les rebelles dans la région de Benghazi. En 1982, plusieurs opérations de la CIA à partir du Tchad visent l'élimination physique de Kaddafi ; ce dernier devient, à partir de 1984, une priorité aussi élevée dans l'agenda des services secrets américains que la menace soviétique.
Le financement de la guerre menée par le Tchad et la France contre la Libye a été assuré par le royaume d'Arabie saoudite, l'Egypte, le Maroc, Israël et l'Irak. Les saoudiens ont garanti 7 millions de dollars US à un groupe d'opposition, le Front national pour le salut de la Libye, activement soutenu par les services de renseignements français et la CIA. Le 8 mai 1984, un plan concerté visant l'assassinat de Kaddafi et la prise du pouvoir par l'opposition basée à l'étranger est mis en échec. L'année suivante, les Etats-Unis d'Amérique demandent à l'Egypte d'envahir la Libye et d'y renverser son gouvernement. Le président égyptien Moubarek se montre réticent et invoque un manque de ressources. Cette affaire est éventée vers la fin de l'année 1985 par la publication d'une lettre de protestation au président Reagan émanant de membres du Congrès opposés à cette démarche dans le Washington Post. En 1985, un début de guerre civile éclate en Libye. Des rebelles armés s'emparent des villes de Derna et de Baida près de Benghazi et une rébellion éclate au sein des forces armées. Les forces loyalistes arrivent à écraser la rébellion, ce qui pousse les occidentaux à envisager l'entrée en scène de l'armée égyptienne afin de soutenir la rébellion.
Ce sera un scénario presque similaire qui sera adopté vingt-six ans plus tard en 2011. Frustré par leurs multiples tentatives de reversement du régime de Kaddafi, les américains procèdent à un changement soudain de stratégie. Le 14 avril 1986, 30 chasseurs-bombardiers américains (dont des FB-111) décollant de porte-avions et à partir de bases US en Grande Bretagne et en Espagne, mènent des raids aériens sur Tripoli et Benghazi. L'opération baptisée El-Dorado Canyon visait directement l'élimination physique du Colonel Kaddafi et de sa famille. Huit des dix-huit FB-111 ayant décollé de Grande Bretagne étaient spécifiquement mobilisés pour le bombardement de la résidence du Colonel Africain incontrôlable. En représailles à cet assaut aérien, Kaddafi ordonne à ses forces de procéder à des tirs de missiles balistiques de type « Scud » sur des bases militaires US en Italie. Deux missiles sont tirés mais tombent en méditerranée. Quelque temps plus tard, un combat aérien entre des Mig-23 libyens et des F-14 Tomcat US au-dessus du littoral libyen se termine par la destruction des appareils libyens. Les médias occidentaux n'évoqueront plus avant longtemps une action militaire directe contre la Libye. Cependant, la CIA enclenche une vaste série de complots et soutient une série ininterrompue de tentatives de putschs anti-Kaddafi.
Une armée secrète est recrutée à cette fin, notamment des débris des unités libyennes capturées lors de la guerre avec le Tchad durant les années 80 et les britanniques créent, financent et soutiennent une constellation de groupes d'opposition en Libye et à l'étranger dont le Mouvement national libyen basé à Londres. Lors de la guerre Irak-Iran, la Libye s'engage aux côtés du Yémen, de la Syrie, du Soudan et de l'Algérie aux côtés de l'Iran contre l'Irak, soutenu par l'Arabie Saoudite, l'Egypte, le Koweit, la Jordanie, le Maroc et la Tunisie. Tripoli soutiendra également divers groupes qualifiés de terroristes et flirtera dangereusement avec des mouvances islamistes au Soudan.
A partir de 1990, les français et les britanniques sont derrière d'autres tentatives de déstabilisation et d'assassinat visant Kaddafi en utilisant le pouvoir fantoche de N'djaména. En 1994, une attaque à la grenade contre Kaddafi déclenche une terrible répression contre l'opposition islamiste. En 1996, une rébellion islamiste menace la Libye et on enregistre des milliers de morts dans les combats. D'autres troubles secouent le pays en 1998, 2002 et 2004, notamment lors de la chasse aux africains, récurrentes au lendemain de chaque tentative de déstabilisation du régime.
Le groupe islamique combattant libyen ou GICL, en partie soutenu par Londres, mène une guérilla larvée contre le régime et s'allie plus tard avec ce que l'on appelle la Qaida au Maghreb Islamique. En 2005, une mutinerie éclate à la prison de Abou Sélim près de Benghazi. On parle de 800 à 1600 morts selon les sources. Benghazi la frondeuse n'acceptera jamais le Colonel Kaddafi. Celui-ci le lui rendra bien. Le 17 février 2011, un appel sur Facebook lancé à partir de Londres pour commémorer le massacre de la prison de Abou Sélim dégénère en un nouvel coup d'Etat, le trente-neuvième dans les quarante ans de règne du colonel Kaddafi. Les évènements se transforment vite en guerre civile entre les deux provinces historique de Tripolitaine et de Cyrénaïque autour du contrôle des hydrocarbures. Vue comme une révolte dans le sillage des révoltes relativement Soft de Tunisie et d'Egypte, l'expérience échoue en Libye où les occidentaux sont obligés d'intervenir directement en assurant un soutien aérien aux opposants de Cyrénaïque en guerre avec le régime de Tripoli.
L'intervention est couverte par une Résolution du Conseil de Sécurité de l'ONU qui fera date. Cette fois ci, pour des raisons de politique interne, les USA sont obligés de sous-traiter la tâche à leurs alliés européens, français et britanniques en tête avec un financement de certains pays du Golfe persique, devenus partie prenante dans le conflit libyen.

War on Libya and Control of The Mediterranean

A year after assuming the post of president of the French Republic in 2007, and while his nation held the rotating European Union presidency, Nicolas Sarkozy invited the heads of state of the EU's 27 members and those of 17 non-EU Mediterranean countries to attend a conference in Paris to launch a Mediterranean Union.
In the words of Britain's Daily Telegraph regarding the subsequent summit held for the purpose on July 13, 2008, "Sarkozy's big idea is to use imperial Rome's centre of the world as a unifying factor linking 44 countries that are home to 800 million people."
Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, however, announced that his nation would boycott the gathering, denouncing the initiative as one aimed at dividing both Africa and the Arab world, and stating:
"We shall have another Roman empire and imperialist design. There are imperialist maps and designs that we have already rolled up. We should not have them again." [1]
The unprecedented summit was held with the intention of "shift[ing] Europe's strategic focus towards the Middle East, North Africa and the Balkans." [2]
Less than three years later Sarkozy's Mirage and Rafale warplanes were bombing Libyan government targets, initiating an ongoing war being waged by France, the United States, Britain and what the world news media refer to as an international coalition - 12 members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the emirate of Qatar - to overthrow the Gaddafi government and implant a more pliant replacement.
The Mediterranean Sea is the main battle front in the world currently, superseding the Afghanistan-Pakistan war theater, and the empire of the new third millennium - that of the U.S., the world's sole military superpower in the words of President Barack Obama in his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech, and its NATO partners - is completing the transformation of the Mediterranean into its mare nostrum.
The attack on Libya followed by slightly more than three weeks a move in the parliament of the Eastern Mediterranean island nation of Cyprus to drag that state into NATO's Partnership for Peace program [3], which if ultimately successful would leave only three of twenty nations (excluding microstate Monaco) on or in the Mediterranean Sea not full members of NATO or beholden to it through partnership entanglements, including those of the Mediterranean Dialogue (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia): Libya, Lebanon and Syria.
NATO membership and partnerships obligate the affected governments to open their countries to the U.S. military. For example, less than a year after becoming independent Montenegro had already joined the Partnership for Peace and was visited by then-commander of U.S. Naval Forces Europe Admiral Harry Ulrich and the submarine tender Emory S. Land in an effort "to provide training and assistance for the Montenegrin Navy and to strengthen the relationship between the two navies." [4]. The next month four NATO warships, including the USS Roosevelt guided missile destroyer, docked in Montenegro's Tivat harbor.
If the current Libyan model is duplicated in Syria as increasingly seems to be the case, and with Lebanon already blockaded by warships from NATO nations since 2006 in what is the prototype for what NATO will soon replicate off the coast of Libya, the Mediterranean Sea will be entirely under the control of NATO and its leading member, the U.S.
Cyprus in the only European Union member and indeed the only European nation (except for microstates) that is - for the time being - not a NATO member or partner, and Libya is the only African nation bordering the Mediterranean not a member of NATO's Mediterranean Dialogue partnership program.
Libya is also one of only five of Africa's 54 countries that have not been integrated into, which is to say subordinated to, the new U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM).
The others are:
Sudan, which is being balkanized as Libya may also soon be.
Ivory Coast, now embroiled in what is for all intents a civil war with the West backing the armed groups of Alassane Ouattara against standing president Laurent Gbagbo and under the threat of foreign military intervention, likely by the AFRICOM- and NATO-supported West African Standby Force and possibly with direct Western involvement. Eritrea, which borders Djibouti where some 5,000 U.S. and French troops are based and which was involved in an armed border conflict with its neighbor three years ago in which French military forces intervened on behalf of Djibouti.
Zimbabwe, which is among likely candidates for the next U.S.-NATO Operation Odyssey Dawn-type military intervention.
The Mediterranean has been history's most strategically important sea and is the only one whose waves lap the shores of three continents.
Control of the sea has been fought over by the Persian, Alexandrian, Carthaginian, Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, Spanish, British and Napoleonic empires, in part or in whole, and by Mussolini's Italy and Hitler's Germany.
Since the end of World War Two the major military power in the sea has been the U.S. In 1946 Washington established Naval Forces Mediterranean, which in 1950 became the U.S. Sixth Fleet and has its headquarters in the Mediterranean port city of Naples.
In fact the genesis of the U.S. Navy was the Naval Act of 1794, passed in response to the capture of American merchant vessels off the coast of North Africa. The Mediterranean Squadron (also Station) was created in reaction to the first Barbary War of 1801-1805, also known as the Tripolitan War after what is now northwestern Libya. The U.S. fought its first naval battle outside the Western Hemisphere against Tripolitania in 1801.
U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, also based in Naples, is assigned to the Sixth Fleet and provides forces for both U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command. Its commander is Admiral Samuel Locklear III, who is also commander of NATO's Allied Joint Force Command Naples.
He has been coordinating U.S. and NATO air and missile strikes against Libya from USS Mount Whitney, the flagship of the Sixth Fleet, as commander of Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn, the U.S. Africa Command operation in charge of U.S. guided missile destroyers, submarines and stealth bombers conducting attacks inside Libya.
Admiral Gary Roughead, Chief of Naval Operations (the highest-ranking officer in the U.S. Navy), recently stated that the permanent U.S. military presence in the Mediterranean allowed the Pentagon, which "already was positioned for operations over Libya," to launch Odyssey Dawn on March 19. "The need, for example in the opening rounds, for the Tomahawk strikes, the shooters were already in place. They were already loaded, and that went off as we expected it would."
"That's what you get when you have a global Navy that's forward all the time....We're there, and when the guns go off, we're ready to conduct combat operations...." [6]
On March 22 General Carter Ham, the new chief of U.S. Africa Command, visited the U.S. air base in Ramstein, Germany and met with British, French and Italian air force leaders to evaluate the bombing campaign in Libya. He praised cooperation with NATO partners before the war began, stating, "You can't bring 14 different nations together without ever having prepared for this before." [7]
As the AFRICOM commander was in Germany, Defense Secretary Robert Gates was in Egypt to meet with Field Marshal Mohamed Hussein Tantawi, commander in chief of the Egyptian armed forces and chairman of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, to coordinate the campaign against Libya.
The Pentagon's website reported on March 23 that forces attached to AFRICOM's Task Force Odyssey Dawn had flown 336 air sorties, 108 of them launching strikes and 212 conducted by the U.S. The operations included 162 Tomahawk cruise missile attacks.
Admiral Roughead stated that he envisioned "no problem in keeping operations going," as the Tomahawks will be replaced from the existing inventory of 3,200. Enough to level Libya and still have plenty left over for the next war. [8]
The defeat and conquest, directly or by proxy, of Libya would secure a key outpost for the Pentagon and NATO on the Mediterranean Sea.
The consolidation of U.S. control over North Africa would have more than just regional repercussions, important as they are.
Shortly after the inauguration of U.S. Africa Command, Lin Zhiyuan, deputy director of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Academy of Military Sciences, wrote the following:
"By building a dozen forward bases or establishments in Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria and other African nations, the U.S. will gradually establish a network of military bases to cover the entire continent and make essential preparations for docking an aircraft carrier fleet in the region."
"The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) with the U.S. at the head had [in 2006] carried out a large-scale military exercise in Cape Verde, a western African island nation, with the sole purpose of controlling the sea and air corridors of crude oil extracting zones and monitoring how the situation is with oil pipelines operating there."
"[A]frica Command represents a vital, crucial link for the US adjustment of its global military deployment. At present, it is moving the gravity of its forces in Europe eastward and opening new bases in Eastern Europe."
"The present US global military redeployment centers mainly on an 'arc of instability' from the Caucasus, Central and Southern Asia down to the Korean Peninsula, and so the African continent is taken as a strong point to prop up the US global strategy.
"Therefore, AFRICOM facilitates the United States advancing on the African continent, taking control of the Eurasian continent and proceeding to take the helm of the entire globe." [9]
Far more is at stake in the war with Libya than control of Africa's largest proven oil reserves and subjugating the last North African nation not yet under the thumb of the U.S. and NATO. Even more than domination of the Mediterranean Sea region.

Crise systémique globale : Deuxième semestre 2011 – Préparez-vous à l'implosion du marché des Bons du Trésor US

Le Japon et les pays du Golfe représentant à eux seuls 25% du total des 4.400 milliards USD de la dette fédérale US (Décembre 2010), LEAP/E2020 considère que cette situation nouvelle qui s'affirme au cours de ce premier trimestre 2011, sur fond de réticence croissante de la Chine (20% des Bons du Trésor US) à continuer à investir dans les titres fédéraux US (4), porte en germe l'implosion du marché des Bons du Trésor US pour le second semestre 2011 ; un marché qui n'a désormais plus qu'un seul acheteur : la Réserve fédérale US (5).
Il est certain que le contexte de la crise des titres des collectivités locales US (Munis) et des dettes publiques européennes (de l'ensemble de la périphérie de l'UE y compris les Royaume-Uni) que notre équipe a anticipée pour cette période (voir GEAB N°50 ) ne fera qu'amplifier le phénomène. Il est d'ailleurs tout-à-fait significatif que PIMCO, le plus important gestionnaire de fonds obligataire au monde ait décidé fin Février 2011 de se débarrasser de ses bons du Trésor US. Et c'était avant la catastrophe au Japon (6) !
. la mise en place de l'austérité budgétaire aux Etats-Unis (comme anticipé dans le GEAB N°47) qui condamne les collectivités locales US à une crise majeure du marché de leur dette (« Munis »)
. l'impossibilité pour la Fed de mettre en place un QE3
. l'inéluctable hausse des taux d'intérêt sur fond d'inflation mondiale
. la fin du statut-refuge de la devise américaine.
Bien entendu, l'ensemble de ces phénomènes sont liés et, caractéristique d'une crise majeure, on entre dans une période qui va voir leurs impacts se renforcer mutuellement, conduisant à ce choc brutal du second trimestre 2011. On pourrait d'ailleurs ajouter un cinquième phénomène : la paralysie décisionnelle complète du pouvoir US. L'affrontement quotidien, sur pratiquement tous les sujets, entre Républicains (radicalisés par les « Tea-Parties ») et Démocrates (démoralisés par une administration Obama qui a trahi l'essentiel de ses engagements électoraux (7)), tend chaque jour un peu plus à démontrer que Washington est désormais une sorte de « nef des fous », ballotée par les évènements, sans stratégie, sans volonté, sans capacité d'action (8). Autrement dit, selon LEAP/E2020, quand l'implosion du marché des Bons du Trésor US va commencer, il ne faudra s'attendre à rien d'autre à Washington qu'à une prodigieuse cacophonie qui ne fera qu'aggraver la crise.
Dans ce communiqué public du GEAB N°53, nous avons choisi de présenter plus en détail notre anticipation du choc japonais à l'échelle globale notamment en matière d'inflation et de géopolitique. Les autres phénomènes qui conduisent à l'implosion du marché des Bons du Trésor US au second semestre 2011 sont analysés dans ce GEAB où nous formulons également des recommandations pour faire face à l'évidente aggravation du processus de dislocation géopolitique mondiale.
La triple catastrophe qui vient de frapper le Japon (tremblement de terre, tsunami et accident nucléaire) constitue un événement crucial qui va accélérer et intensifier la crise systémique globale, et en particulier le processus de dislocation géopolitique mondiale. L'ampleur des destructions, le choc direct sur les infrastructures énergétiques de la troisième (ou quatrième économie de la planète (9)), la gravité des accidents dans les centrales nucléaires (10), constitue l'un de ces chocs majeurs auquel le système international actuel n'est plus capable de résister comme nous l'anticipions dans le GEAB N°51 (« 2011 : l'année impitoyable »).
Le Japon, déjà très affaibli par une crise économique chronique qui dure depuis vingt ans et dont l'endettement public est l'un des plus importants au monde, se retrouve désormais face à la double nécessité de financer une reconstruction à grande échelle et d'assurer la transition pour une période indéterminée caractérisée par une limitation de l'énergie disponible et des disruptions de ces circuits d'approvisionnement commerciaux et industriels. Or le Japon est une composante fondamentale du système de gouvernance mondiale de ces dernières décennies. Tokyo est l'une des principales places financières de la planète, l'un des trois pôles de gestion des marchés des devises (avec Londres et New-York) et l'économie japonaise fournit quantité de composants électroniques vitaux pour l'économie mondiale. Enfin, comme nous l'avons analysé dans GEAB par le passé, c'est avec le Royaume-Uni, l'un des deux « flotteurs » (11) qui permet aux Etats-Unis de gérer les affaires planétaires en matière économique, monétaire et financière depuis plus de cinquante ans.
Ce « flotteur » est déjà depuis quelques années attiré de manière croissante dans l'orbite chinoise, au rythme de la montée en puissance de la Chine et de l'affaiblissement des Etats-Unis. La crise déclenchée par le tremblement de terre va, selon LEAP/E2020, accélérer fortement cette évolution notamment parce qu'aujourd'hui, seule la Chine est en mesure d'apporter une aide financière massive au Japon (12), tout en aidant directement son économie en ouvrant encore plus aux entreprises japonaises l'immense marché chinois (13).
1. le coup d'arrêt brutal au développement des politiques d'équipement en nucléaire civil sur l'ensemble de la planète (14) qui va rapidement accroître la pression sur les prix du pétrole (15), du gaz et du charbon
2. la pénurie de nombreux composants électroniques vitaux qui va générer une hausse des prix des équipements électroniques (des ordinateurs en passant par les TV à écrans plats (16)) du fait des coupures d'électricité qui affectent les usines et de la désorganisation des transports (17)
3. une pression accrue sur les prix alimentaires et énergétiques (18) mondiaux du fait d'un accroissement significatif des importations alimentaires du Japon (notamment du riz) puisque la région touchée est l'une des grandes régions agricoles du pays (voir carte ci-dessous)
4. un nouveau recul de la globalisation économique suite aux conséquences mondiales du quasi-arrêt de l'économie japonaise, championne à la fois des exportations et du « flux tendu » (19), qui va limiter d'autant l'effet « déflationniste » des échanges mondialisés (20)
5. et enfin, un double phénomène de perte de valeur du Yen du fait d'injections massives de liquidités par la Banque du Japon et du renchérissement direct du « loyer » de l'argent au niveau mondial (hausse des taux) à cause des besoins gigantesques du Japon pour assurer sa reconstruction
En souhaitant que cette situation extrême ne se réalise pas, notre équipe estime que le choc déjà avéré va donc se traduire par une aggravation brutale de la crise systémique mondiale et que le marché des Bons du Trésor US en sera la première grande victime collatérale dès le second semestre 2011 comme nous l'analysons en détail dans ce numéro du GEAB. Le pire n'est heureusement pas certain, mais le très grave ne fait en revanche plus de doute.

(13) A l'inverse, la très controversée présence des troupes américaines au Japon va ressortir, pour l'opinion nippone, comme d'autant plus anachronique et inutile face au désastre actuel. C'est un autre exemple, comme on a déjà pu le constater dans le cas des révolutions arabes, de l'inutilité croissante de l'immense appareil militaire américain : crise après crise, il devient évident qu'il n'a pratiquement aucune utilité pour permettre au gouvernement américain d'influer sur les évènements.
(14) Il est en effet certain que le nucléaire civil vient de subir un coup d'arrêt brutal dont il aura beaucoup de mal à se remettre, notamment parce que cette catastrophe s'inscrit dorénavant dans ce conflit entre élites et opinions publiques que la crise systémique globale exacerbe chaque jour un peu plus. Elliot Abrams is a member of the corporate-financier Council on Foreign Relations, a Project for a New American Century signatory, and former deputy national security adviser to President George W. Bush. He was convicted for his involvement in the Iran-Contra conspiracy and promptly pardoned by George Bush Sr. He would later go on to be implicated for his involvement in the 2002 Venezuela coup attempt against Hugo Chavez. His history of betraying and disgracing his country, and getting away with it, is probably why he feels perfectly comfortable making broad, sweeping threats toward entire nations today.
Elliot Abrams recently issued a personal threat to Libya’s Qadaffi and his intelligence chief, stating that they would both meet the “same fate as Saddam Hussein” if any American is attacked in the wake of increasing US threats and actions against Libya. He also had weighed in on Egypt in his piece “Less ‘Engagement,’ More Democracy” in the New York Times. In this piece he criticizes the current policy of engaging as equals with nations he deems as repressive regimes and calls for a revisit to George Bush’s “freedom agenda.” In other words – the export of “democracy” that has brought America the trillion dollar military adventures in Iraq, Afghanistan, and now Libya at the cost of thousands of US soldiers’ lives and the lives of millions of foreigners killed, maimed, or displaced.
It should be no surprise then that Abrams, who has never shouldered a rifle for his nation himself, is more than eager to move on to Syria with a myriad of aggressive attacks on its sovereignty prepared and ready in hand.
Abrams calls on the White House and Congress to condemn Syria, in particular the Assad government. He suggests that Syria be immediately brought before the UN Security Council, who just recently finished extra-legally ordaining the war with Libya. The Human Rights Council and the International Criminal Court are also mentioned as possible avenues to pressure Assad and the Syrian government.
Regarding the newly US-reordered Tunisia and Egypt, Abrams suggests they convene the Arab League and expell Syria as a member, as he claims they just did to Libya. Abrams’ suggestion echos fellow globalist policy wonk Kenneth Pollack’s proposal in his Brookings Institute report, “Bifurcating the Middle East.” Bifurcate, meaning to “divide,” indicates the classic gambit of divide and conquer is in play. Pollack, like Abrams, suggests that the “Arab street” after being “reformed” be rallied against states like Libya, Syria, and of course, Iran.
Abrams also suggests that Europe begin acting against Syria. Nicolas Sarkozy of France seems to have gotten the memo and is already making lofty threats toward Syria, including threats of military action, citing the ongoing atrocity in Libya as a stern warning for other Arab nations to consider. Sanctions are also being pushed by Abrams, but to what extent the Europeans are willing to carry them out remains to be seen.
Finally, Abrams suggests that the US pull its ambassador from Syria, reiterating his belief that it was a mistake in the first place to show this token sign of mutual respect for the sovereign nation. He concludes with a breathtakingly absurd display of patriotism and propaganda by stating, “Our principles alone should lead us to this position, but the memory of thousands of American soldiers killed in Iraq with the help of the Assad regime demands that we do all we can to help the Syrian people free themselves of that evil dictatorship.” And ‘help’ the US is doing, with the entire opposition being funded, defended, supported, and even partially based out of the United States and England.
Strange that Abrams has implicated Assad as complicit in killing US troops in Iraq, when Abrams himself and his “Neo-Con” cabal have hands-down done more to send US troops off to their needless deaths with their willful lying regarding WMD’s, than any Arab with a Kalashnikov. Also interesting, considering his statement, is Abrams’ support for the armed campaign in Libya, where the US is currently providing air support and arms for Al Qaeda linked rebels who themselves have sent fighters to Iraq to kill American troops, on record.
Of course, Abrams is writing for the impressionable readership of the Washington Post, so this blinding hypocrisy is most likely fodder strictly for the public’s consumption. Les bombardements sur Tripoli et d'autres villes en Libye visent non seulement les infrastructures de la défense aérienne et de la force aérienne lybienne, et, sans s’en tenir à l'armée libyenne, visent aussi les
infrastructures militaires et civiles. Aujourd'hui, 24 Mars 2011, les avions de l'OTAN et des États-Unis ont bombardé toute la nuit et toute la matinée la banlieue de Tripoli - Tajhura (où, en particulier, se situe le centre lybien de recherche nucléaire). La défense aérienne et les installations de l’armée dans Tajhura ont été détruits dès les 2 premiers jours après le début des attaques et une partie des installations militaires dans la ville est resté intacte, mais aujourd'hui les cibles des bombardements sont les casernes de l'armée libyenne, à proximité desquelles se trouvent des zones parmi les plus densément peuplées de Lybie. Les civils et les médecins ne pouvaient supposer que les quartiers résidentiels seraient passibles d’être détruits, de sorte qu'aucun des résidents ou des patients hospitalisés n’a été évacué.
Des bombes et des roquettes ont frappé des lieux d'habitation et sont tombés près de l'hôpital. La structure en verre du Centre de Cardiologie a éclaté, et dans le bâtiment abritant la maternité pour les femmes enceintes
souffrant de maladies cardiaques, nous avons assisté à l’effondrement d'un mur et d’une partie du toit. Il en est résulté une dizaine de fausses couches qui ont provoqué la mort des bébés, les mères ont été placées en
soins intensifs et les médecins se battent pour leur vie. Nos collègues et nous même travaillons sept jours par semaine pour sauver les gens. Il s'agit d'une conséquence directe de la chute des bombes et des missiles dans les bâtiments résidentiels faisant des dizaines de morts et de blessés, qui sont examinés et soignés aujourd'hui par nos médecins. Le nombre de blessés et de tués, à cette heure, dépasse le nombre total de morts pour toutes les précédentes émeutes en Libye. Et c'est ce qu'on appelle « protéger la population civile»?
Nous prenons la responsabilité d’affirmer, en tant que témoins et acteurs de ce drame, que les États-Unis et leurs alliés sont en train de commettre un génocide contre le peuple libyen - comme ce fut le cas en Yougoslavie, en Afghanistan et en Irak. Ces crimes contre l'humanité, perpétrés par les forces de la coalition sont semblables à ceux commis par les pères et grands-pères des dirigeants occidentaux actuels à Hiroshima et Nagasaki au Japon, à Dresde en Allemagne, où des civils ont également été tués afin de parvenir à briser la volonté du peuple à résister. Aujourd'hui, ils veulent de cette manière que la population libyenne renonce à soutenir le leader et le gouvernement légitime lybien pour ensuite offrir avec gratitude les richesses
pétrolières nationales aux pays de la coalition.
Nous comprenons qu’en appeler à la « communauté internationale » pour sauver le peuple de Libye et nous qui vivons en Libye, est inutile. Notre seul espoir - c'est la Russie qui a le droit de véto à l'ONU, et plus particulièrement ses dirigeants - le Président et le Premier ministre.
Nous avons encore de l'espoir en vous, comme on l’a eu dans le passé, lorsque nous avons pris la décision de rester en Libye et d'aider son peuple, notre devoir de médecins primant sur le reste. Après un putsch manqué à la fin février, la situation s'était calmée en Libye et le gouvernement avait réussi à rétablir l'ordre. Pour tout le monde en Libye, il était clair que sans l'intervention américaine dans le pays, tout serait bientôt revenu à la normale. Convaincus que la Russie, qui a un droit de veto, ne permettrait pas l'agression des États-Unis et ses alliés, nous avons décidé de rester en Libye, mais nous nous sommes trompés: la Russie, malheureusement, a semblé croire les mensonges des américains et ne s’est pas opposée à la décision de la France et des Etats-Unis.
Nous sommes des Ukrainiens, des Russes et des Biélorusses, des gens de professions diverses (principalement médecins), travaillant en Libye depuis plusieurs années (2 à 20 ans). Pendant cette période, nous avons appris à connaître la vie du peuple libyen et le comportement de l'Etat avec ses citoyens. Ici, ils ont droit à des soins gratuits, et les hôpitaux offrent ce qui se fait de mieux comme équipement et matériel médical. L’éducation en Libye est gratuite, et les plus méritants des étudiants ont la possibilité d'étudier à l'étranger aux frais du gouvernement. Lorsque vient le moment de se marier, les jeunes couples reçoivent 60.000 dinars libyens (environ 50.000 dollars US) d'aide financière. Les prêts de l'Etat sont sans intérêt, et comme le montre la pratique, non daté. Grâce aux subventions du gouvernement, le prix des voitures est beaucoup plus faible qu'en Europe, et elles sont abordables pour toutes les familles. Le prix de l’essence et du pain sont dérisoires, et il n’y a aucune taxe pour les agriculteurs. Le peuple libyen est calme et paisible, les gens ne sont pas enclins à boire, et sont très religieux.
Aujourd'hui, les gens souffrent. En février, la vie paisible du peuple a été troublée par des bandes de criminels et de jeunes drogués - que les médias occidentaux pour une raison que nous ignorons ont appelé "manifestants pacifiques". Ils ont utilisé des armes pour attaquer des postes de police, des organismes gouvernementaux, des unités militaires avec pour seul objectif de faire couler le sang. Ceux qui les dirigent poursuivent un objectif clair: créer le chaos pour justifier la prise de contrôle sur le pétrole de la Libye. Ils ont désinformé la communauté internationale qui a dit que les Libyens se battaient contre le régime. Dites-nous, qui ne voudrait pas d'un tel régime? Si un tel régime existait en Ukraine ou en Russie, nous ne serions pas venu travailler ici, nous serions resté profiter du confort social à la maison, dans nos propres pays et aurions œuvré de toutes les manières possibles pour qu'un tel régime soit maintenu.
Si les États-Unis et l'Union Européenne n'ont rien à faire pour s’occuper, qu’ils tournent leur attention sur le sort du Japon, les bombardements israéliens sur la Palestine, l'audace et l'impunité des pirates somaliens, ou le sort des immigrés arabes en France, et qu’ils laissent les Libyens eux-même résoudre leurs problèmes internes. Nous voyons qu’aujourd'hui en Libye, ils veulent faire un autre Irak, la mise à l’exécution du génocide de tout un peuple et ceux qui se trouvent avec lui. Nous effectuons notre devoir médical car on peut pas laisser les Libyens seuls dans cette difficulté, en les laissant être détruits par les forces de la coalition, et en plus, nous savons que lorsque tous les étrangers seront partis, il ne restera plus personne pour témoigner et dire la vérité (la petite équipe des missions diplomatiques sont depuis longtemps réduits au silence), à savoir que les Américains vont faire couler ici un bain de sang. Notre seule chance de survie, c’est une position affirmée de la Russie au Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies.
Nous espérons que vous, Monsieur le Président, et vous, Monsieur le Premier ministre, en tant que citoyens de Russie, et que les gens honnêtes ne permettront pas aux fascistes américains et européens du 21e siècle de détruire le peuple épris de liberté de Libye et ceux qui aujourd'hui sont parmi eux.
Par conséquent, nous demandons instamment que la Russie utilise son droit de veto, le droit acquis par les millions de vies sacrifiées du peuple soviétique pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale pour arrêter l'agression contre un Etat souverain, pour demander la cessation immédiate des bombardements américains et de l'OTAN et demander l’introduction de troupes de l'Union africaine dans les zones de conflit en Libye.

Pilotée par les USA, les opérations coordonnées sont prévues se terminer avant la fin du mois d’Avril et les heures d’attaques des différents fronts changeront d’une zone à une autre, et ce, sur toute l’étendue du territoire. « Depuis le jeudi 24 Mars dernier, la force impartiale de l’Opération des nations unies en Côte d’Ivoire a revue sa capacité de réaction envers les Forces de Défenses et de Sécurité ivoiriennes. Les heures de combats et d’attaques ont été changées. Les jeunes qui tiennent les corridors et autres points de contrôles ou de surveillance des quartiers dans les différentes communes sont, dès cette date considérés comme étant des miliciens et non des civils et devront donc être traités comme tels », expliquent nos sources qui poursuivent :
«Dans le plan, une attaque sera lancée à un endroit donné et lorsque les FDS croiront la neutraliser, un autre foyer naitra ailleurs. Il en sera ainsi jusqu'à gagner tout le ‘’corps’’ de sorte à perturber le système de défense de l’état, au point que les autorités doutent de sa capacité de réaction. Mais il s’agit en réalité de tester le temps de réaction de l’armée ivoirienne à travers ces attaques ».
L’objectif du plan est de créer un embrasement total dans la capitale économique et dans les autres villes de l’intérieur du pays qui sont encore favorables au Président Laurent Gbagbo, confient nos sources. « Tout peut partir d’une simple provocation des forces extérieures en direction des patriotes ou des FDS pour que les attaques se mettent en exécution, indiquent-elles. « Que l’armée régulière ivoirienne, dont nous reconnaissons la bravoure et le mérite devant les assauts des forces extérieures, continuent la vigilance et la mobilisation face à cette attaque de la communauté internationale.
INSPIRE DU « SENTIER LUMINEUX »
Le plan des attaques de la rébellion des Forces Nouvelles à Abidjan et dans les villes sous le contrôle des terroristes de la communauté internationale a été inspiré de l’histoire du « sentier lumineux ». Une l'histoire marquée par le massacre d’innocentes personnes qui ont lutté toute leur vie pour dénoncer ces atrocités d'Ayacucho, au Pérou en Amérique du sud, expliquent nos informateurs. Et de revenir brièvement sur l’histoire du « Sentier Lumineux » : un mouvement révolutionnaire des années 80 au Pérou, actif dans la région d'Ayacucho.
Ledit mouvement qui s’est dit lutter contre l’injustice faite à la région oubliée d’Ayacucho et s’est radicalisé au début des années 1980 en se muant en lutte armée. Ses membres ont commi leur premier grand attentat en 1982 à Lima capitale du Pérou dans le riche quartier de Mira flores, puis libéré les prisonniers de la prison d'Ayacucho. Ce moment décisif marquera le début de la guérilla urbaine au Pérou.
À partir de là, les années qui suivront seront marquées par des affrontements permanant entre le « Sentier Lumineux », comparé en côte d’Ivoire par les Forces Nouvelles et l'armée régulière : les FDS. Pendant les 12 années de guerre, de nombreux crimes vont être commis par le « sentier lumineux » qui n’assassinera que les seules personnes n’adhérant pas à son idéologie, comme le font les tueurs de Dramane Ouattara en Côte d’Ivoire. « Mais, vint l’arrestation de son leader, Guzmán en 1992, sous la présidence de Fujimori. Malgré tout ce qui s'est passé, Ayacucho reste un endroit pauvre et oublié du Pérou. Nous espérons que cette histoire ne se répètera pas la Côte d’Ivoire », notent nos informateurs.
LES RUMEURS COMME MOYENS
« Les rumeurs qui ont été distillées partout font parti du plan, comme cela s’est fait pour la déstabilisation des Etats de l’Amérique du sud à travers les pratiques du mouvement ‘’Le Sentier Lumineux’’. Pousser les populations à l’exode pour bombarder les endroits stratégiques de la défense nationale, tels que les poudrières, les camps militaires, afin d’avoir le champ libre et éviter le maximum de pertes en vies humaines. Une technique pure de la CIA », indiquent nos interlocuteurs.
« Ici il est question d’effrayer les étrangers et vider les quartiers de ses habitants pour qu’il n’en restent que les proches de l’ennemi à abattre. C’est la même technique que les américains appliquent partout, lorsqu’ils veulent mener des assauts. Quelques fois ils suscitent des affrontements religieux. C’est ce qui a expliqué les attaques contres des édifices musulmans en vue de faire glisser sur le terrain religieux. Malheureusement pour eux, la communauté musulmane, fortement sunnite en Côte d’Ivoire s’est aperçu de la supercherie et est restée silencieuse », font savoir nos informateurs.
LA GUERRE DU CACAO IVOIRIEN MENEE PAR LA CIA
Le cartel est décidé selon nos informateurs, à faire obstacle au projet du groupe chinois de négoce Noble qui s’est désolidarisé de la fronde contre le Président Laurent Gbagbo et aurait décidé d’exporter le cacao qu’il a sous les bras. Le marché international du cacao utilisant des termes de trois mois en général et donc le temps jouant terriblement contre eux, les multinationales précédemment citées ont décidé de passer à l’offensive de la pire des manières.
« Le cacao ivoirien ne s’exporte plus depuis le mois de Janvier et cette sanction arrive à terme le 31 Mars.
Malheureusement pour eux, l’état ivoirien est désormais directement présent sur le marché du négoce de cacao et cela inquiète sérieusement les gros négociants qui règnent en maitres absolus sur le marché ; chose que les Etats-Unis ne sont pas prêts d’accepter. Il faut éviter que cette situation se produise en Côte d’Ivoire parce qu’il s’agit pour le plan des ennemis de faire durer cette situation hors-la loi pour piller au maximum les richesses du pays. Car pendant ces années de guérilla entre « le Sentier Lumineux » et l'armée, des innocents ont été massacrés et les régions pillées de leur richesses.
« La rébellion tente l’offensive à l’Ouest dans le but de prendre le port de San-Pedro. Mieux, ils prévoient aussi une action militaire de l’ONUCI et de la Licorne pour prendre le contrôle du port d’Abidjan, c’est d’ailleurs l’une des raisons pour laquelle ils veulent faire passer la résolution qui va interdire aux FDS de déployer tout armement lourd dans Abidjan ». Young Ji Choi et d’autres diplomates sont ceux qui pilotent cet autre projet contre le peuple de Cote d’Ivoire.
L’ECOMOG EN PASSE DE LANCER UNE ATTAQUE CONTRE LA BASE DE LA MARINE DE YOPOUGON
« Nous avons pu repérer des éléments militaires de l’ECOMOG dans divers communes de la capitale Abidjan. Les quartiers précaires ou ceux à proximité des camps militaires ou de polices sont les endroits propices pour lancer les attaques. Ils agissent sous les ordres des officiers français de la force Licorne. C’est ainsi que nous avons pu espionner des individus trop suspects mais qui ne pourraient attirer l’attention de tous dans les communes comme Marcory, Treichville et Yopougon. Cette commune sera selon les recoupements des informations de plus en plus fortes, la cible d’une terrible attaque dans les prochains jours ou mêmes prochaines heures », révèlent nos sources et d’indiquer :
« Plusieurs hommes suspects sont actifs dans le sous secteur du quartier Koweït dans la commune de Yopougon en vue de la préparation de l’attaque de la base militaire marine d’Abobodoumé ; avec pour objectif le contrôle de tous les secteurs stratégiques dans l’arrière base qui ouvre sur le port d’Abidjan. Nous avons pu localiser des mercenaires de l’ECOMOG : trois instructeurs, Sénégalais, Togolais et Burkinabés se faisant passer pour des marins car, ceux-ci ont des activités saisonnières, justificatifs qui leur permettraient de loger tranquillement dans n’importe quel endroit sans s’attirer le moindre soupçon ».
Selon nos informateurs, qui assistent à la mise en œuvre de l’opération, la CIA et d’autres services secrets très actifs à Abidjan, prévoient « qu’il faut arriver dans le plan, à tuer des soldats blancs de l’ONUCI, de sorte à ne pas donner une alternative à Laurent Gbagbo : le Président accepté par les ivoiriens. Car tuer un soldat de l’ONUCI ou de la Licorne française, c’est déclarer ouvertement la guerre à une armée internationale ». Elles précisent que des ressortissants européens seront dans le viseur des tueurs pour la cause de la France.
« À côtés des attaques des soldats de la force étrangère, des civiles de nationalité française seront assassinés notamment dans les communes de Marcory où résident des damnés, des escrocs et reclus qui sont venus s’exiler en terre africaine selon l’Elysée. Pour atteindre un objectif précis, nous pouvons vous dire que des français sont toujours assassinés sans conséquences dans le monde. Ce sont des mafieux qui agissent en Côte d’Ivoire. Les autorités politiques et militaires ivoiriennes devront prendre ces informations très au sérieux ». Toutefois, indiquent nos sources :
«Pour parvenir à neutraliser les têtes de l’opération Hydre, avant l’attaque massive d’Abidjan, il faudra que les FDS ivoiriennes parviennent en capturer quelques éléments de l’ECOMOG et fort heureusement, des techniques existent en la matière. Mais, les ivoiriens devront retenir que, l’Hydre de Lerne, ce monstre de la mythologie grecque représenté comme un serpent à plusieurs têtes, et dont le nom porte la dernière opération de déstabilisation de la Côte d’Ivoire, a été tué par Héraclès, ce héro grec identifié au héro romain Hercule », terminent, nos informateurs.
